2. Selecting Your Dates: Determine the dates you plan to visit.

3. Accommodation: Helping you choose the Universal resort for your stay that best fits your budget.

4. Park Tickets: Purchase tickets for the theme parks. You can buy single-day tickets or multi-day passes, depending on the duration of your stay.

5. Dining Reservations: Dining reservations can be made through the Universal App once your confirmation is confirmed.

6. Universal Express Unlimited Pass (if applicable): If you're visiting Universal, you may want to reserve the Express Pass to skip lines for certain attractions.

7. Transportation: We arrange round-trip Universal’s Superstar Shuttle if flying into the Orlando International Airport. 

8. Additional Experiences: Early park admission, complimentary transportation to the theme parks & Universal CityWalk, & complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout the resort to your hotel.

9. Travel Insurance: It's a good idea to consider travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

10. Checklist: We provide a detail Universal checklist.

11. Travel Guidance: We provide expert advice on travel documentation, safety, and local customs. 

12. 24/7 Support: Throughout your journey, we offer round-the-clock support to address any unexpected issues.

13. Cancellations & Changes: Changes, processing of cancellations, handling changes/delays, and anything else that may arise before or during your vacation.

14. Pack and Plan: Plan your itinerary, pack your bags, and get ready for a jaw-dropping adventure.

We do not service "air-only" requests as you have more flexibility booking your flight directly through the airline's website

Booking Policies:

•Please provide the most accurate information as possible

•Your quote will include a minimum of two or three options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation.

•We offer two revisions to this quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a $15 fee. This includes but is not limited to the change of dates, change of travelers, change of locations, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form.

•After the initial deposit is made, If you have to make changes more than once a small change/cancellation fee is required.

•Most final payments are due 45 days prior to your travel date, so if your travel dates are within 45 days, the full payment would need to be paid at the time of booking

Deposit and Payment Procedures

• For reservations made 45 days or more prior to guest arrival, a deposit of approx $100 or more per person is due at the time of booking or the reservation is not confirmed. For reservations that include a travel protection plan, the total price of the plan is due at the time of booking

If booking tickets only please keep in mind the full payment will be due at the time of booking.
