Registration & Payment Terms

First Feast | January 30 – February 1, 2026
The Ranch at Laguna Beach

By registering for First Feast and providing your credit card authorization, you are confirming your participation in the January 30–February 1, 2026 gathering at The Ranch at Laguna Beach, and you agree to the following terms.

Your Registration

First Feast is an intimate, in-person gathering designed for adult women (21+). Space is intentionally limited. Your registration secures your place in the gathering and your accommodations at The Ranch.

Jennifer Rustigian, an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, handles all lodging arrangements as the travel advisor for this event. All on-site experiences, programming, and facilitation are provided by Trisha Haner Inc.

Payment Schedule

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the gathering. 

  • Payment is collected via credit card authorization. You will be contacted when your final balance is due to process the remaining payment.

  • If the final balance is not received within (2) days of the due date, your room and registration may be released to another guest.

Cancellations & Transfers

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend after registering, your deposit cannot be refunded.

  • If circumstances change, your reservation may be transferable to another guest with prior approval, subject to availability and timing.

  • No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the gathering.

What’s Included

Your First Feast experience includes:

  • Accommodations at The Ranch at Laguna Beach

  • All meals during the gathering

  • All scheduled group activities and programming

What’s Not Included

  • Airfare and transportation to and from Laguna Beach

  • Personal purchases, spa services, retail items, or other incidentals at The Ranch

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance is optional and not included in the registration fee. If you’d like, Jennifer / Jetsetti can provide a travel insurance quote. Guests who choose to travel without insurance accept responsibility for any financial loss due to changes, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

First Feast will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or events beyond the control of the organizers.

Photography & Media

By attending First Feast, you agree that photographs and/or video may be taken during the gathering and used for future marketing or promotional purposes by Trisha Haner Inc. and Jetsetti, unless you notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

A Note on Presence & Respect

First Feast is grounded in care, respect, and shared intention. By attending, you agree to show up with openness and consideration for others. The organizers reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Agreement

By registering and authorizing your credit card, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and understand that your registration is binding.
