Flight/Airport Information:

• Your arrival at Mohammed V International Airport, Casablanca (Airport Code: CMN)
• Departure flight will be at Marrakesh Menara Airport (Airport Code: RAK).
• Please try to arrive before 4 pm, so you have time to relax before the Welcome Dinner.
• Please remember that if flying from the States, you must book your flight 1-2 days before November 5, 2026; travel time to Morocco can take up to 15-20+ hours with layovers, depending on where you choose to fly from.

 

Airport Transportation:

• You will be greeted at the airport upon arrival, and group transfers will be arranged to accommodate everyone’s arrival times.
• If arrival times are within 30 minutes to 1 hour from another traveler(s), please be prepared to wait; this will save on multiple trips and get everyone to the hotel simultaneously.

The same coordination will be arranged for departure home as well.

Long-distance driving is part of the itinerary and is required, which can lead to physical discomfort, including stiffness, fatigue, or motion sickness. This itinerary also involves moderate to strenuous physical activity, including, but not limited to, extensive walking, climbing stairs, navigating uneven terrain, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
