The Rhythm- Day by Day

Day 1 – Monday, October 11, 2027

Arrival in Bangkok- Arrive at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) 

Private driver will greet you and transfer you to Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn. The remainder of the day is at leisure to rest, settle in, or explore the Sathorn neighborhood.

Allow Bangkok to welcome you at your own pace.

Day 2 – Tuesday, October 12

Bangkok Cultural Immersion
Breakfast Included

A guided experience including Pak Klong Talad Flower Market, Wat Pho, the Grand Palace, and Wat Arun, along with a long-tail boat ride through the Thonburi canals.

Explore sacred spaces, traditional rituals, and royal architecture while gaining cultural context from your guide.

 Evening at leisure.

Day 3 – Wednesday, October 13

Bangkok After Dark: For the Foodies and Vibe Lovers
Breakfast Included

This evening tuk-tuk tour includes tastings of multiple Thai and Chinese street food dishes. 

You’ll pass through Rattanakosin Island, stop at Tha Tien Pier, and experience Pak Klong Talad at night.

The evening concludes with exploration and Nightlife!!

Day 4 – Thursday, October 14

Bangkok to Phuket

Private transfer to the airport for your included domestic flight.

Arrival in Phuket, your private transfer will take you to your next "Luxury home away from home" .

 The afternoon is free to relax or explore Patong Beach.

Day 5 – Friday, October 15

Phi Phi & Island Hopping Experience
Breakfast + Lunch Included

Private transfer to the pier, board a shared luxury speedboat to explore Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, Viking Cave, Phi Phi Don, Khai Island, and Rang Yai Island. 

Enjoy swimming, sightseeing, and a Thai Lunch.

Day 6 – Saturday, October 16

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Experience
Breakfast Included

This half-day ethical elephant experience includes feeding, walking alongside, mud spa interaction, and river bathing with rescued elephants.

You’ll learn about conservation efforts while engaging responsibly in their natural environment.

Day 7 – Sunday, October 17

Departure from Phuket
Breakfast Included

Private transfer to Phuket International Airport (HKT) for your departing flight.

End in Phuket

Round-trip airport transfers are included. Once your flights are secured, please email your full itinerary to travelingchucksinc@gmail.com to coordinate your transfer. Flights booked outside of the recommended arrival and departure windows may result in additional transfer costs.

Passport & Entry Requirements

A valid passport is required for this experience. Travelers are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, and entry regulations for the destination. Many international destinations require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.

For the most up-to-date international travel information, please visit https://travel.state.gov prior to departure. The Traveling Chucks is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for this experience and should include trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation benefits. Guests may explore coverage options at insuremytrip.com or secure a policy through a provider of their choice.

Investment & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $___ per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Double occupancy pricing is based on two guests sharing one room. A structured monthly payment plan will be provided following deposit confirmation. Due to strict supplier guidelines, if two or more monthly payments are missed, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Is this trip hosted? What does that mean?
Yes. This is a hosted group experience. Hosting includes on-site support, a structured flow of events, and someone managing logistics so you can fully relax.

Will there be free time?
Yes. Free time is intentionally built into the experience so you can rest, explore, or enjoy the property at your own pace.

Do I have to participate in everything?
No. Group experiences are encouraged but not mandatory.

Are flights included?
No. International Flights are not included and should be booked independently, unless otherwise stated. The 1 in-country Flight (from Bangkok to Phuket) is included along with airport transfers (airport transfers are distributed once flight details are submitted).
