Located in Sevierville, this cabin is in the mountains. Island at Pigeon Forge is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Dollywood and Titanic Museum. Traveling with kids? Consider Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and Goats on the Roof. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
Trip and Cancellation policy:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Your payments made to The Luxe Travel Plug are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because The Luxe Travel Plug has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancel for any reason travel insurance is highly recommended to obtain a refund from your selected travel insurance company.
- Second payment must be made to have your booking deem as "active".
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport or ID.
- Check spam or junk mail for receipt, invoices or trip confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- Roommate Matching is available!
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice and payment plan. Please check your spam or junk mail if your invoice is not automatically sent.
- Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- Cancellation fee is $300 per person based on double occupancy and $400 per person based on single occupancy 90 days before final payment deadline. $500 per person based on double occupancy and $600 per person based on single occupancy 60 days before final payment deadline. $700 per person based on double occupancy and $800 per person based on single occupancy 30 days before final payment. This cancellation fee must be paid via invoice. After the final payment deadline full penalty will be imposed, funds will not be refunded or be transferred.
- You are responsible to keep The Luxe Travel Plug informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
- Official Trip itinerary will be released 60 days prior to trip.
- Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Tennessee on February 21st, 2025, before 6 pm. There will be a group shuttle.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to notify The Bougie Black Girls of all email address changes.
- You MUST purchase your own flight to Tennessee before January 20th, 2025.
- Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort.
- Payment arrangements and deadlines are NOT optional and must be adhere to. If your payment declines or is unable to be processed you will be charged an additional processing fee of $200 to process it again.
- If you miss a payment in order to bring your trip status to “Active” double payments must be made. If not, your trip status will be moved to “Inactive” and will lose your spot on the trip.
- Cancellation fees start from $300, canceling 15-30 days prior to trip is full penalty and will incur a $200 per person cancellation fee.
