Join us this October for a breathtaking adventure across the Southwest! We’re celebrating life, nature, and Jasmine’s birthday in true Hike & Dine style.. unforgettable views, good vibes, and nonstop fun all weekend long.

Important Note: This will be a fast-paced, adventure-packed weekend designed for those ready to explore, hike, and take in the views. While we’ll be in Las Vegas, this is not a leisure or party-only trip — expect early starts, active days, and travel between locations.We kindly ask that if you’re unsure about fully participating, please consider leaving spots open for those who truly want to experience the adventure and all it has to offer.

There will be about 4 hours (one way) of driving to and from California on day 1 and early day 2, and 2 hours (one way) to and from Utah on day 3. If you prefer not to drive, bringing a buddy and/or carpooling with others is highly recommended. We will not be able to drive a 12, 15-seater, or bus through the switchbacks of California.

Here’s what’s in store:

Day 1: Welcome to the Desert
We’ll arrive in Las Vegas early Saturday morning and jump right into the beauty of Red Rock Canyon, without hiking! Think vibrant desert views, towering rock formations, and the perfect welcome to the Southwest.
After taking in nature’s vibes, we’re hitting the road and heading to California for an overnight stay. The next morning? We're waking up to trees that touch the sky.

Day 2: Into the Forests of Sequoia
We’ll kick off Saturday morning at Sequoia National Park, taking it easy with a relaxed, scenic walk through giant sequoias, including a stop at a famous spot in the park.
Once we’ve soaked in the peaceful forest energy, we’ll road trip it back to Vegas for a night full of good eats, drinks, and entertainment, as well as preparing for the next day's adventure. Expect laughs, late-night fun, and plenty of photo ops.

Day 3: Jasmine’s Birthday + Zion National Park
On Sunday (Jasmine’s birthday!), we’re starting bright and early with a visit to the stunning Zion National Park in Utah. We’ll spend the morning exploring epic views, red rock canyons, and Instagram-worthy sights around every corner.
On the way back to Vegas, we’ll stop for a photo op at a Grand Canyon national monument site, then get ready for one final celebration, a poolside toast, music, and birthday vibes under the stars at our luxe Airbnb.

Day 4: Farewell for Now
Monday morning, we’ll pack up with hearts full and memories made, and head back home.

Day 1 (Welcome to Las Vegas):
  • Our adventure begins as we arrive in Las Vegas at the top of the morning.
  • Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive - A 13-mile drive with stops at multiple scenic viewpoints to take in the stunning desert landscapes. Located just 20-30 minutes outside of the Las Vegas strip.
  • Road Trip to California to get an early jump on our visit to Sequoia National Park!
 
 
 
 
Day 2 (Road Trip to Sequoia National Park):
  • We'll be starting the day early with an unforgettable journey to Sequoia National Park in California. We'll spend the morning exploring a forest like no other, home to the world’s largest trees, peaceful trails, and breathtaking mountain views. After soaking in the awe of the giant sequoias, we’ll head back to Las Vegas to unwind and enjoy the evening.
  • Sequoia National Park – Discover the magic of walking among ancient giants, including the famous sights such as the General Sherman Tree. Enjoy an easy, peaceful hike, forest views, and a deep connection with nature in one of the most iconic parks in the country.
  • Dinner at a huge, popular food hall in Vegas the evening we return from California. - Enjoy an entertaining experience and wide variety of delicious eats at one of Las Vegas' trendiest dining spots.
  • Back to the Las Vegas Strip - Stroll along the iconic Las Vegas Strip, taking in the dazzling lights, famous landmarks, and lively atmosphere.
  • Fremont Street Experience - Wrap up the night with the vibrant energy of downtown Vegas, featuring live entertainment, dazzling light shows, and an electric atmosphere.
 
Day 3 (Zion National Park & Birthday Celebration):
  • It’s a special day, Jasmine’s birthday! We’ll kick things off with an unforgettable trip to Zion National Park, where we’ll spend the day exploring dramatic red rock canyons, scenic trails, and awe-inspiring views. Whether it’s hiking to a breathtaking overlook or soaking in the natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to celebrate adventure and life.
  • On the way back to Vegas, we’ll make a quick stop at a Grand Canyon national monument site for some epic photo ops. Then, we’ll wrap up the evening with a birthday celebration at the Airbnb.. good vibes, great food, and memories to last a lifetime!
  • Zion National Park – Discover one of the most stunning national parks in the U.S. with towering cliffs, deep canyons, and trails like Canyon Overlook or the Narrows for an unforgettable outdoor experience.
 
  • Birthday Dinner - We will return to Vegas to indulge in a celebratory dinner for Jasmine
  • Final Night Turn-Up - We will continue the celebration at the Airbnb's poolside with music, games, drinks, etc., as well as have a celebratory evening for the final night in Las Vegas.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

Airbnb and flights are non-refundable. Attraction tickets are purchased at final sale. Any hotel bookings may be subject to cancellation upon request, but may have to pay the first night's deposit; that varies upon the time of booking. Any cancellations made by Hike & Dine Events will result in a full refund to each paying traveler. Hike & Dine Events is not responsible for the cancellation policies of any bookings, as they are made by the initial booking company.
