(Question): What Will Show Up On My Credit Card When I Make Payments?
(Answer) Norwegian will show up on your bank statement; we use a simplified payment processor to ensure your information is safe and secure. Once you click authorize payment you will receive an automated receipt for the amount. Your card information is not kept on file and will not be charged until you authorize your next payment. Simply go to your email and scroll to the bottom and click authorize payment.
(Question): What Will Happen if I want to add someone to my reservation or make a name change?
(Answer): Contact RgtAdventures and someone from the team will guide you through the change process. Changes can be made penalty free up until final payment due date.
(Question):Do I need a passport.
(Answer): If you take closed loop cruises (meaning your trip begins and ends at a U.S. port), you can sail to a variety of dreamy destinations as a U.S. citizen without a passport. For “closed-loop” cruises, U.S. citizens will need to provide: A boarding pass, A government photo I.D. if 16 years of age or older (Must Be A Real Time ID), And a certified birth certificate or certificate of U.S. naturalization (Copies Are Accepted but must be legible and not altered in any way.
(Question): When will I be able to make reservations on the ship?
(Answer): Your reservation will appear on the Norwegian Cruise Line Mobile app within 2 hours of placing your deposit.
(Q): Do I have to get the insurance if my roommate does not?
(Answer): That is completely fine!!
(Q): Can I make payments anytime I want?
(Answer): You may make payments anytime you wish; just remember to authorize each payment and you are good to go!
