  • April 16th, 2025 Two nights room purchase must be made.

  • July 16th, 2025 Remaining balance due.

 

Reminders:

  • To be considered a part of Jacky and Tyler’s Wedding Group and attend their wedding events, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).

  • 3 Night Minimum Required.
  • All guests must stay at Garza Blanca (day passes not sold.)
  • The wedding is on November 9th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
  • Please note Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a view of the ocean from your patio. 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before April 16th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between April 16th, 2025 and July 16th, 2025, you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

  • Between July 16th, 2025 and August 16th, 2025, any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 16th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
