Cancellation policy:

Group Trips and Retreats Cancellation Policy:

At Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To provide the best possible service and maintain the integrity of our retreats/group trips, we have established the following non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation policy for payments made by clients.

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
    • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot in the retreat/group trip.
    • This deposit is a commitment fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Non-Transferable Payments:
    • All payments made towards the retreat/group trip are non-transferable to another retreat/group trip, event, or individual.
  1. Travel Protection and Insurance:
    • We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel protection and insurance to safeguard their investment.
    • Travel protection and insurance should cover potential cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
  1. Exceptions:
    • In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency may, at its discretion, consider requests for partial credit towards a future retreat/group trip. Any such consideration is not guaranteed and will be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Refunds for Unused Services:
    • No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the retreat/group trip or services once the retreat/group trip has commenced.

By booking a retreat/group trip with Meaningful Escapes Boutique Travel Agency, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this non-refundable and non-transferable cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding of the necessity for such policies and recommend that you carefully review your travel plans before confirming your reservation.
