  1. Transportation- All guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the Charleston port.

  5. Travel insurance- It is highly recommended that you purchase vacation protection to protect your investment in the event you have to cancel.
 

Carnival Sunshine has a total of 88 activities that are sure to keep you entertained throughout your journey.

Traveling with Kids

Kids ages 2-11 can get caught up in all the excitement of being kids, hanging with others their age at  Camp Ocean (no additional cost). Or they can join the wacky, wonderful Dr. Seuss™ bunch for character story-time and more at Seuss at Sea™. 

Kids under 2 can enjoy lots of supervised fun in Big Fun for Infants and Toddlers (additional cost).

Note:  Packages must be purchased through Fly With Tye to participate in the events for this group.  Driver's License or state-issued ID and Birth Certificates are required to board the ship. Passports are allowed but not required. 
 
Payment Schedule:
 
If you are traveling SOLO or TRIPLE occupancy please email us at flywithtye.travel@gmail.com to get your pricing for your accommodations. 
 
(Deposit)
1st Deposit due January 20, 2024: $25 per person 
 
2nd Deposit due February 20, 2024: $50 per person
 
3rd Deposit due March 20, 2024: $75 per person 
 
Suggested Payment Schedule
4th Installment due April 20, 2024:  You will get an invoice with payment breakdown. 
 
5th Installment  due May 20, 2024: You will get an invoice with payment breakdown. 
 
6th Installment due June 20, 2024: You will get an invoice with payment breakdown. 
 
Final and Remaining Balance due August 1, 2024
 
These are minimum installment payment options, however, you are more than welcome to pay more than the minimum. After the last installment date, you can continue to make payments when you are ready. Your cabin will just need to be paid in full before August 1, 2024. Your initial $25 deposit will only secure your cruise rate but will not guarantee your cabin type. Cabin types will be on a first come, first serve basis. If there is a certain type of cabin you desire, you can pay your full deposit of $150 as soon as possible. 
 
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 11:59 PM EST.
LATE PAYMENTS WILL RESULT IN YOUR CABIN BEING DROPPED.. 
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOU PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE. 
 
 

TRIP CANCELLATION

In life, you never really know what may happen… but you can rely on the Vacation Protection trip cancellation. If you need to cancel for some of the most common reasons (severe weather, illness, etc.) you'll get 100% of the cost of your trip back, in cash. If you need to cancel for any reason not listed in the plan — any reason at all — you'll get 75% back in a Future Cruise Credit Certificate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

  • Trip Interruption: Up to total Trip cost reimbursement if you must start your vacation late or need to come home early due to illness, injury and more.
  • Baggage: Up to $1,500 if your stuff is lost, stolen or damaged, and up to $500 reimbursement if you have to buy necessary items while your bags are delayed 24+ hours
  • Medical: Up to $10,000 if you get sick or injured on your vacation
  • Emergency Evacuation: Up to $30,000 for emergency medical evacuation and repatriation (services provided by LiveTravel)
