Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposit is applied towards your total trip cost. Once a deposit is made, final payment must be made by the final payment date listed in order to keep your reservation. If final payment is not paid by the due date, deposit will not be refunded and your trip will be canceled.

If cruise is not booked through Travel Shark, you will not receive any bonuses/incentives/extras offered by Crochet Cruises (such as onboard credit, bar tab, swag bag, t-shirt, etc.), and will not be able to participate in any Crochet Cruises private events/activities such as the use of reserved space/cocktail hour/group excursions. In order to participate as part of Crochet Cruises, you MUST book through Travel Shark.

Pricing includes:

• Cayman Coves & Jamaican Waterfalls 7-night Virgin Voyages cruise Feb 7-14, 2026, as per this link

• Reserved space for crocheting

• All cruise amenities regularly included in Virgin Voyages' cruise fare

• Trip T-Shirt

• Crochet-themed swag bag (crocheters only)*

Not included: Flights, travel protection (can be added during check-out), off-ship excursions, any additional-cost activities/services/amenities offered by Virgin Voyages, and anything else not listed in the inclusions above.

Cruise Ports: Please note that the cruise ports listed on the itinerary are subject to change without notice, and no refunds or credits will be provided for missed/changed port stops.

Crochet reserved space timing/availability:

Crochet space is subject to change, but generally we're expecting to have a private, indoor space available from 8am-noon each morning (excluding the first and last day of the cruise) and some afternoon time on sea days. While we will do our best to provide this space, availability may change based on factors outside of our control. No refunds, discounts, or future trip credits will be provided due to changes in the schedule.

General Crochet Cruises Trip Terms & Conditions:

- Crochet Cruises/Travel Shark have no control over the weather and how that may affect the trip (services, amenities, or anything else). Any changes due to weather are subject to Virgin Voyages' policies and handling, and refunds/changes are subject to Virgin Voyages' policies. Refunds will not be provided for any changes to activities hosted by Crochet Cruises.

- Travelers must follow all cruise line policies and any local policies/rules/regulations, as well as all applicable laws. Crochet Cruises/Travel Shark is not responsible for any violations of these policies or the repercussions, and we reserve the right to remove travelers from the trip or exclude travelers from any of our experiences for any reason. 

-Apparel sizes and any other extras/perks/amenities offered by Crochet Cruises will be a ‘best effort’ to get everyone their requested size, but are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to BookTravelShark@gmail.com before the final payment DUE DATE (September 26, 2025). After that, 100% penalty applies (no refund will be given) for cancellations for any reason. For cancellations requested prior to September 26th, 2025, a refund of any monies paid minus the non-refundable deposit will be provided (and may take up to 30 days).

Trip Operation: The February 2026 Crochet Cruise will be operated by Chealsea Thrush (click here for her credentials) amd booking is handled by Travel Shark. Chealsea is an independent agent and will be the 'host' of the February 2026 Crochet Cruise. Chelsea reservers the right to host the trip how she sees fit, including canceling/changing/adding any group activities, managing any communication not specifically related to booking the trip, and removing participants from group activities if necessary. ALL booking must go through Travel Shark (using this booking page), and any questions/concerns regarding pricing, cancellation, etc. must go to Travel Shark (including cancellation requests).

Travel Shark’s Booking Terms & Conditions:

- If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that may prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Travel Shark will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details. Travelers are also responsible for getting the proper visas and/or following any other entry requirements by the country(s) they are traveling to, including, but not limited to valid passport, photo ID, birth certificate, or any other required documentation.

- Travel Shark encourages all travelers to purchase travel protection/insurance. Travel Shark will not be responsible for any additional expenses or financial losses due to travelers not having travel protection.

-It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of the provider(s) your trip is booked with, regardless of whether those terms were directly provided by Travel Shark. This includes, but is not limited to, terms relating to cancellations, changes, or any additional fees that may be provided. it also includes, but is not limited to, amenities, perks, or other options that are or are not included with your reservation. 

- You are agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and (if applicable) your roommate.
