 Important Information:
 
The initial Deposit is $150 per person.  Room rates and availability are subject to change until the deposit is received. 
 
Final Payments are due in full by 4/10/26.  (NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS)
 
  • An invoice with the automatic payment schedule will be emailed to you.
  • You will need to sign the credit card authorization form stating that you authorize automatic payments on each due date.
  • Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 7 days before departure. 
  • You MUST purchase your own flights to Punta Cana, DR 
  • You MUST provide Jamaica with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Punta Cana.  
  • A valid U.S. Passport is required.  Refunds for expired passports or a lack of necessary travel/medical documents will not be provided.
  • Any room occupancy changes or upgrade requests must be made to Jamaica directly.

International Travel Information & Requirements:

Foreigners entering the Dominican Republic as tourists must comply with the following requirements:
  • Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
  • Air, maritime, or land ticket for entrance and return.
  • A permanent address in the Dominican Republic.
  • Proof of sufficient economic solvency to cover their expenses during their stay in the Dominican Republic.

All foreign and Dominican passengers entering or departing the Dominican Republic on commercial flights must complete the free electronic entry and exit form at: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do

Fill out the E-TICKET form to enter and exit the country smoothly. This mandatory form streamlines your travel process and ensures compliance with immigration requirements.

 

It is no longer required to fill it out 72 hours prior to the trip. It can be filled out as soon as you have your flight information, even months in advance. However, it must be filled out before arriving at the airline counter at the airport, as it is required to present it to the airline. To avoid delays at the airport, it is advised to complete the form before the trip.

If your specific home city is not shown in the form, you can choose the nearest large city in your state or province. If you are staying at a vacation rental, please ask the host to provide the complete address, including province, municipality, and sector.

You can print or make a screenshot of the arrival and departure confirmation QR codes. If you need to make any changes to the E-TICKET, you can consult it with the application code that was issued when you started filling out the form, and make changes.

Vacation Protection Plan [VPP] with Pre-Departure Waiver

Vacation Express provides the pre-departure Waiver and the following non-insurance services are not insurance benefits.

You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund through a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by the final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

Cancellations:
For hotel-only bookings, you can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours before the originally scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9 AM ET on the day of arrival. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:

VPP Voucher Information:

  • Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
  • The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
  • Passengers have one year from the original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
  • VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher, however, your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
  • Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
