Tour  Information Need To Know​

• Whiskey Road Trip is for guests 21+.

• Only guests 21+ will be able to participate in the tasting portion of the experience.

• Tours require extensive walking throughout the properties.

• We encourage guests to wear supportive footwear and be prepared for walking and different weather elements.

BILLING PLAN:

The deposit is due at the time of reservation. We have two forms of payment for travel. Full payment is accepted, and payment plans are available.

A monthly payment plan is calculated upon confirmation of booking. You will receive a reminder 5 days before your next payment is due.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing your vacation is bad enough. Unexpected circumstances can occur. A sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member before or during your trip could spoil your vacation. Not having any financial coverage or assistance is worse. Therefore, travel Insurance is highly recommended for all travel.

Terms & Conditions 

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• All your payments to Paradise Life Travel & Tours and Elite Lifestyle Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Reservation must be made in the traveler's Full Name as it appears on your passport and Government ID. A name change fee will be assessed for any corrections. 
• ​Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety, of harmony of travelers. Elite Lifestyle Travel assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current and active
• If a name change is allowed there is a $25.00 name change fee until final payment, a $50.00 fee after final payment, plus vendor fees with management approval.
• A late payment of $100 per person is required after the final due date with management approval.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.
• Elite Lifestyle Travel and vendors have the right to change or update itineraries without notice.
•  It's the traveler's responsibility to keep Elite Lifestyle Travel informed of email address changes, as this is our primary form of communication.
• The picture used in this marketing is stock, AI photos and not to confirm the itinerary tour.
• All travelers will have to sign a release before traveling. It will be emailed two weeks if not sooner before the departure date. 

 DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issues that you might have.  By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such chargebacks as a form of “Friendly Fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs, and expenses in rebutting the chargeback.
