💵 Deposit & Booking Info

• Deposit to book: $300 per person (reserves hotel and flight); $100 reserves hotel only

• Final payment due: Septermber 20, 2026

• This is a first come, first served trip—once it’s full, it’s full

• Monthly payment plans  and automatic billing available

• All prices are package-based and non-negotiable 

• Dates can be adjusted of you want to fewer or lesser days. 

• If you choose not to participate in any activities, the package price will not change

❌ What’s Not Included

• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

  • Travel Protection (Travel Insurance) compensates you (the traveler) if things do not go as planned. 

    It's not so much about getting "a" policy, as it is about getting the "RIGHT" policy. Travelers should purchase a policy that best fits their desired level of coverage rather than choosing based on the cheapest price. Travel insurance can cover anything from unforeseen circumstance to missed flights, lost luggage, accommodations, medical evacuations and the ability to cancel for any reason, to name just a few. We recommend our travelers purchase their insurance policy within 7 days of registering for the trip to ensure they are presented with the widest range of coverage offerings. Options available to travelers after 7 days of booking have limited options. The process to get a free quote is simple. Just enter your personal information, trip cost and state and review the options. Trippin On Purpose reservations are nonrefundable, therefore, if you wish to seek any compensation in the event something jeopardizes your trip... GET TRAVEL INSURANCE.

✈️ Club MoBay Info

Club MoBay arrival and departure service is included in your package 
If you book your own flights, you must submit your flight information at least 60 days before travel.
If your flight info isn’t received on time, your Club MoBay service may be forfeited due to limited availability. No exceptions.

🚐 Transportation Details

• Private roundtrip airport transfers are included only for guests who book through me and arrive/depart on the official dates.

• If you arrive earlier or stay later and those extra nights aren’t booked through me, you’ll need to arrange your own airport transfers.

🛏️ Room & Bedding Note

• Bedding (King or Double beds) is not guaranteed

• I will submit requests, but final assignments are up to the resort at check-in

Important Passport Information

 📌 A valid passport is required for this trip.
📌 Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after your return date.
📌 Processing times for passports vary, so apply early!

🚨 Failure to have a valid passport will result in denied boarding, and there will be no refunds if you cannot travel due to passport issues.
