I authorize Jenuine Travels to charge the credit card or indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Jenuine Travels as well as the tour conductor, Culture Holidays. I also understand the requirement for monthly payments per the monthly payment schedule to be made on time or reservation will be cancelled. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

I certify that I also understand that I am the sole responsible party to make the determination of whether or not travel insurance is needed for all aspects of these travel arrangements. Based on this determination, I am responsible for purchasing travel insurance with an outside reputable travel insurance company.
