- Deposit Amount: $250 per person for land-only reservations.

Reservation Details
- Two Travelers: If booking for two travelers, please select a quantity of 2 to ensure both participants are accommodated.
- Roommates: If you have a preferred roommate and wish to receive individual invoices, please make separate reservations and indicate your roommate’s name on the registration form. Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the double occupancy rate.
Confirmation: Your reservation is not officially confirmed until we receive your completed Travel Registration Form and the required deposit.

Payment Information
- Monthly Payments: Regular monthly payments are necessary to maintain your reservation. It's essential to keep up with these payments to avoid any disruptions.
Communication: If you foresee missing a payment, please email us at least 60 days before the next due date to discuss arrangements and avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation.

 Final Payment
- Due Date: The final payment is due by Friday, October 11, 2024.

Additional Requirements
-ID Requirement: A valid government-issued state ID is required for travel. Please ensure your ID is current to prevent any issues during travel.

 Processing Fees
-Invoices: All invoices include a processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30, listed as a "convenience fee" to cover transaction costs.

 Booking Confirmation
- We will confirm your booking via email once we receive your deposit and completed Travel Registration Form. As the travel date approaches, we will provide additional details, including the full itinerary and tips on preparation.
