- A Passport is required to enter Punta Cana  and cannot expire on or before July 3rd  2026 . If your passport expires before this date you must get it renewed before the travel dates.

- Deposits are $100 per person. 

-All final payments are due no later than December 5th  2026 

- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date.

- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. 

- Basic Travel insurance is  included in your  package and you  must purchase any additional it on your own. EbonieEnterprises Travel and their partners DOES NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, You must use the third party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds(see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider, Options will be provided once trip is secured.)

-Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You will have 7 days from the date you placed your deposit to purchase travel insurance.

-We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

·  7 days before the due date

·  3 days before the due date

·  on the day of the due date

·  "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

-You must purchase your own flight, airport code is: PUJ Punta Cana

*Monthly payments are required in order to keep your booking active (you can pay the requested amount that is split evenly, you can pay more than that amount or less than that amount but a payment must be received each month).

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND APPLIED. IN ORDER TO SECURE THE ROOM ALL DEPOSITS FOR THAT ROOM MUST BE RECEIVED. IF ONE ROOMMATE HAS PAID AND THE OTHER HAS NOT PAID, THE ROOM CANNOT BE SECURED UNTIL ALL DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.
