Guests who are sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates. The resort does not permit mixed occupancy numbers during the stay (i.e. single occupancy status one night followed by three nights of double occupancy status).

Should a roommate have to cancel and the overall occupancy level of the room changes., the room will be repriced to reflect the occupancy level that will actually use the room. For example, two people are to share a room and at the last minute one person has to cancel. The room would be repriced from a Double Occupancy room to a Single Occupancy room and the Single Occupancy room rate will be applied to the reservation. Some Travel Insurance policies will cover the increased cost to the remaining traveler provided the travel insurance is purchased prior to the roommate canceling their reservation.
There is a room rate break on the night of April 12th. This means your reservation if this night or nights after this are included will have a lower total than quoted below. This will be adjusted on the remaining balance due once your reservation is confirmed.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:
The minimum number of nights the resort allows for reservations is 3 nights.
It is recommended that you arrive by Friday, April 11, 2025. Arriving on the resort a few days prior to Gabrielle and Jeremy's wedding gives you a time cushion for potential flight cancellations and delays or luggage delays.
CHILD VS. ADULT RATES:
All-Inclusive resorts consider anyone 13+ at the time of travel an adult. This applies for both the adult rate and room occupancy.

The resort has permitted us to hold the room nights starting with arrivals on April 9, 2025 and departures on April 14, 2025. Departure Day:
You can expect that your driver taking you back to the airport will arrive at your hotel 3-4 hours prior to your flight departure time. So, please be mindful when booking your return flight. As an example, a 10 a.m. flight departure time will likely mean a 6 or 7 a.m. pick up time.
