🌍 What kind of travelers will be on this trip?

This is a co-ed group trip welcoming men and women who are ready to experience Asia together. Whether you’re traveling with your partner, family member, or friend, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow travelers while creating unforgettable memories.

👥 How many guests can attend?

This trip is limited to only 10 guests. Space is extremely limited, and reservations will be accepted in the order that deposits are received.

Your space is not confirmed without the required $460 per-person deposit.

✈️ Are flights included?

Yes! All scheduled flights included in the official trip package are covered, with the primary international departure from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from LAX. We strongly recommend arriving in Los Angeles at least one day before the scheduled international departure to reduce the risk of missed flights caused by delays or cancellations.

📍 How much time will we spend in Hong Kong and Tokyo?

This is primarily a Vietnam experience with a small taste of two additional destinations.

The itinerary includes:

• One day in Hong Kong

• One day in Tokyo

• The remainder of the trip focused on experiencing Vietnam

Please book with the understanding that Hong Kong and Tokyo are brief stops and not extended stays.

📅 Can I change the dates, flights, or destinations?

No. This is a prearranged group package.

Travel dates, airfare, flight schedules, departure city, destinations, accommodations, and all other trip details cannot be modified or customized.

Guests must travel according to the official Escape with Britt Travel group itinerary. Alternate dates, departure airports, extended stays, flight deviations, destination changes, or customized arrangements are not available for this trip.

💳 When do I make payments after the deposit?

After submitting your $460 non-refundable deposit, you may make payments according to your own schedule.

There is no required monthly payment amount; however, your reservation must be paid in full no later than November 25, 2026.

We strongly encourage making regular payments instead of waiting until the final deadline.

FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 25, 2026

No extensions are guaranteed.

👯‍♀️ If I select double occupancy, who will I room with?

Double-occupancy reservations are intended for guests booking together. Escape with Britt Travel does not guarantee roommate matching or assign random roommates.

Both travelers sharing the room must complete their reservations and remain current on all required payments.

If one roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may become responsible for any resulting price increase or single-occupancy cost.

📲 What happens after I book?

Once your deposit is received, you will receive confirmation of your reservation and additional payment information.

After all final payments have been received, Escape with Britt Travel will provide the finalized travel details and create a WhatsApp group chat so travelers can receive updates, ask questions, and connect before departure.

🕒 How long do I have to book?

Booking will remain open until October 1, 2026, or until all 10 guest spaces have been reserved—whichever happens first.

Because this trip has extremely limited availability, booking may close well before the deposit deadline.

🛂 Do I need a passport?

Yes. A valid passport is required for international travel.

Your passport must:

✅ Be valid for at least six months beyond the trip’s return date

✅ Have sufficient blank pages for entry and exit stamps

✅ Be free from excessive damage, alterations, or unauthorized writing

You do not need your passport to submit your initial deposit, but you must have a valid passport before travel.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passport name matches the name submitted on the reservation. Name corrections or changes may result in additional fees or may not be permitted.

Travelers are also responsible for completing any required visas, entry forms, health documents, or destination-specific travel authorizations.

By submitting a deposit, each traveler acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The initial deposit is $460 per person.

• Pricing and availability are subject to change until the deposit has been received and the reservation is confirmed.

• The trip is limited to 10 guests.

• All scheduled flights will depart from LAX.

• Guests are responsible for traveling to and from LAX at their own expense.

• Final payment is due November 25, 2026.

• Reservations not paid in full by the final-payment deadline may be cancelled with no refund.

• Travel dates, airfare, departure airport, accommodations, destinations, trip duration, and other package details cannot be modified or customized.

• Escape with Britt Travel is not responsible for passport, visa, or entry issues that prevent a traveler from participating.

• Each traveler is responsible for reviewing all invoices, names, dates, and trip details for accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted to Escape with Britt Travel in writing.

The $460 per-person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

Additional payments may also become non-refundable as they are applied to airfare, accommodations, insurance, and other travel arrangements. Any refund or future travel credit will be determined solely by the individual supplier’s policies and the terms of the included travel protection plan.

Cancelling your reservation does not automatically guarantee a refund or travel credit. Travelers are responsible for filing any eligible insurance claims directly with the travel protection provider.

Failure to make final payment by November 25, 2026 may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all payments previously submitted.

No refunds will be provided for missed flights, unused accommodations, unused trip components, denied entry, passport or visa issues, itinerary changes beyond Escape with Britt Travel’s control, or a traveler’s decision not to participate.
