THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT DETAILS THE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN GRACE RESORTS AND YOU WITH RESPECT TO YOUR TRAVEL WITH US. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AS THE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS FOR YOUR TRIP CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO ALL CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS INCLUDED.  

QUOTED TRIP PRICES INCLUDED EXTESIVE PERSONLIZED PLANNING AND OPERATIONAL CHARGES, AND ARE BASED ON CURRENT RATES OF EXCHANGE, AIRFARES, TARIFFS, AND BASES AS OF THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE OF YOUR ITINERARY. PRICES ARE VALID FOR THE TRAVEL DATES SPECIFIED IN YOUR CONFIRMED ITINERARY. GRACE RESORTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE TRIP PRICES TO COVER THE INCREASE COST, AIRFARES, TARIFFS AND TAXES, AND TO REFLECT FLUCTAUTIONS IN FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKETS.  PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY; ADDITIONS TO OR WITHDRAWALS FROM THE GROUP MAY ALTER THE PRICE FOR EACH PARTICIPATANT.

TRIP COSTS AND INCLUSIONS: ALL TRIP COST ARE BASED UPON THE SPECIFIED SERVICES IN YOUR CUSTOMIZED ITINERARY AS PER THE “INCLUSIONS” SECTIONS. TRIP COSTS GENERALLY INCLUDE ACCOMMADATIONS; MEALS AS INDICATED IN DEATAILED ITINERARY (B =BREAKFAST, L= LUNCH, D= DINNER); ACCOMMODATION TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES; INTERNALNATIONAL AND REGIONAL FLIGHTS (IF SPECIFIED AS INCLUDED); AIRPORT, TRAIN STATION AND /OR PORT TRANSFERS AS SPECIFIED; GOVERNMENT FEES AND LOCAL HANDLING CHARGES; TRAVEL VISAS (IF SPECIFIED AS INCLUDED). ITEMIZED COST BREAKDOWNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON PACKAGED DEALS. GRACE RESORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESORT FEES.

REFUND METHOD: REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED USING THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE BOOKING, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE CLIENT. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CANCELATION.

IF TRAVEL PLANS ARE CANCELED FOR ANY REASON BY THE SUPPLIER THERE WILL BE A REFUND ISSUED IN THE ACCORANCE OF THE SUPPLIER POLICY.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE. ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR FUTURE BOOKINGS. ALL RESERVATIONS WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AND WILL BE CLEARLY NOTED THE AMOUNT DUE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE ADVISED ONCE REQUIRED.

TO ENSURE THE SMOOTH PROCESSING OF YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CONFIRMED BOOKINGS REQUIRE A MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $100. THIS POLICY HELPS TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING AND PREVENTS ANY POTENTIAL CANCELLATION DUE TO MISSED PAYMENTS.

FAILURE TO MEET THIS MINIMUM PAYMENT MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND FORFEITURE OF ANY PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: IT IS THE TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE, WHICH IS WHY TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. THE TRAVELER IS ADVISED TO OBTAIN APPROPRIATE INSURANCE COVERAGE TO PREVENT OR MINIMIZE RISKS. 

MISSING A VACATION IS BAD ENOUGH. LOSING THE MONEY, YOU PAID FOR YOUR VACATION IS EVEN WORSE. THEREFORE, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT HELPS PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR TRIP CANCELATION, INTERRUPTION, BAGGAGE LOSS OR DELAY, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND MORE. WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE. IF YOU CHJOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE THOUGH OUR VENDOR, YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN INSURANCE WAIVER FORM STATING THAT YOU DECLINE.

WITHOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IF YOU CANCEL OR INTERRUPT TRAVEL FOR ANY REASON, ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO GRACE RESORTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. GRACE RESORTS IS NOT QUALIFIED TO ANSWER TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT BENEFITS, EXCLUSIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY INSURANCE POLICY, NOR EVALUATE THE ADEQUACY OF THE PROSPETIVE INSURED’S EXITING INSURANCE COVERAGE.

IF YOU PURCHASED TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH GRACE RESORTS, PLEASE CONTACT THE NUMBER ON YOUR POLICY TO SUBMIT A CLAIM.

NOTE: You have 10 days after your initial deposit date to confirm if you would like either of these options. If there is no response, insurance & protection will be declined by default.

CANCELLATION: ONCE RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE; CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING, EMAIL YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST TO GRACE@GRACERESORTSCLUB.COM WITH YOUR INVOICE NUMBER, FULL NAME, AND DATE OF TRAVEL.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITHIN 48 HRS. PLEASE CALL (800) 674-4616 X800 TO ENSURE YOUR INFORMATION WAS RECIEVED.

CLIENTS WHO DO NOT MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE SCHEDULED DUE DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $150 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

FORM OF PAYMENT:  MAJOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, ZELLE, OR PAYPAL. ZELLE IS THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT THAT WILL NOT INCLUDE CONVIENENCE FEES.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: IF FOR ANY REASON, ANY TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES FOR WHAT YOU HAVE CONTRACTED, YOUR REMEDY LIES AGAINST THE PROVIDER, AND NOT AGAINST GRACE RESORTS. IN THE EVENT THAT PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO GRACE RESORTS BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT SEEK TO CHARGE BACK YOUR PAYMENT TO GRACE RESORTS, IF THE CREDIT CARD IS PASSED THROUGH THE TRAVEL SERVICES PROVIDER AND YOU SEEK TO CHARGEBACK YOUR PAYMENT FROM THE PROVIDER, YOU AGREE TO BE HELD LIABLE AND INDEMNIFY GRACE RESORTS AGAINST THIS CHARGE BACK FROM THE PROVIDER, INCLUDING WHITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AIR DEBIT MEMOS CHARGED TO GRACE RESORTS.  IF GRACE RESORTS INCURS ANY COSTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES TO RECOVER ANY PAYMENT CHARGEBACKS BY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THESE COSTS. IF THE CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED, YOU GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL SETTLE ANY AMOUNTS OWED TO GRACE RESORTS VIA ZELLE OR PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY.

  • Authorization: By providing your credit card information for authorization, you grant Grace Resorts the authority to charge the specified amount, inclusive of a 3.5% transaction fee + 30¢ per transaction.   
 

PRICES: ALL PRICES LISTED ARE PER PERSON BASED UPON SHARED DOUBLE OCCUPANCY UNLESS OTHERWISE CLEARLY SPECIFIED. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE ITEMS OF A PERSONAL NATURE SUCH AS LAUNDRY, WINES, WATER, BEVERAGES, FOOD (OTHER THAN AT ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS OR WHERE CLEARLY SPECIFIED), PASSPORT AND VISA FEES, INSURANCE, AND FOREIGN PORT TAXES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED IN THE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS. PRICES ARE CORRECT AT TIME OF PUBLICATION; HOWEVER, AS AIRFARES CONTINUALLY FLUCTUATE AND CLASSES OF SERVICE MAY HAVE LIMITED CAPACITY, TOUR PACKAGES’ PRICES AND AVAILABITY WILL CHANGE ACCORDINGLY. IN CASE OF HUMAN OR COMPUTER ERROR, GRACE RESORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-INVOICE FOR THE CORRECT PRICE OR SERVICE. A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE TO PASSENGERS WHO CHOOSE NOT TO PAY AN INCREASE, PROVIDED GRACE RESORTS RECEIVES A WRITTEN CANCELATION WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION.

SINGLE TRAVELERS: TRIP PRICES ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. SINGLE TRAVELERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT FEE.

IDENTIFICATION: GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE RESERVATONS IN THE FULL NAME THAT IS LISTED ON HIS/ HER GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS THEY WILL USE FOR TRAVEL. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO A NAME AFTER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED, CLIENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NAME CHANGE FEES, IF APPLICABLE.

REAL ID: BEGINNING MAY 7, 2025, IF YOU PLAN TO USE YOUR STATE-ISSED ID OR LICENSE TO FLY WITHIN THE U.S., IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE IT IS REAL ID COMPLIANT.  IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOUR ID COMPLIES, PLEASE CHECK WITH OUR LOCAL STATE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, OR VISIT www.tsa.gov/real-id.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEY HAVE THE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND MUST CHECK WITH THE RESPECTIVE CONSULATE(S) OR VISA AGENCY TO DETERMINE WHETHER ANY VISAS OR PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED. PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE VALID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF TRAVEL. SOME COUNTRIES REQUIRE A FULL BLANK “VISA” PAGE IN THE PASSPORT FOR STAMPING PURPOSES. ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON TRAVEL DESCRIPTION PERTAINS TO US CITIZENS ONLY. NON-US CITIZENS SHOULD CHECK WITH THE RESPECTIVE CONSULATE OF THE COUNTRY(S) CURRENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL CRUISE PASSENGERS TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT IN THEIR POSSESSION WHILE CRUISING.

RESERVATION CHANGES: CHANGES TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION, WHATEVER THE CAUSE, WILL INCUR A $50 PER PERSON CHARGE PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL SUPPLIER FEES, THIS INCLUDES NAMES CHANGES AND REMOVAL OF ANY SERVICE SUCH AS OPTIONAL TOURS AND TRANSFERS. PLEASE KNOW THAT NAME CHANGES TO AIRLINE RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FULL CANCELATION AND REBOOKING. REPLACING A TRAVELING PASSENGER WITH ANOTHER TRAVELING PASSENGER CONSTITUTES A CANCELATION, SUBJECT TO CANCELATIONS PENALTIES, AND IS NOT COVERED BY THIS RESERVATION CHANGES POLICY. CHILDRED: ALL CHILDRED UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. THE MINIMUM AGE FOR CHILDRED ON MOST TOURS IS 6 MONTHS. MINIMUM AGE FOR SOUTH AFRICA AND DUBAI TOURS IS 12. GRACE RESORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PENALITES INCURRED FOR TICKETS, INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC, NOT ISSUED BY GRACE RESORTS DUE TO SCHEDULE AND/ OR FLIGHT CHANGES. AIRLINE RESERVATIONS COMPLETED ONLINE ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND, SHOULD GRACE RESORTS DEEM IT NECESSARY, MAY BE REBOOKED TO MATCH MINIMUM CONNECTION TIME REQUIREMENTS AND/OR TOUR PACKAGE ITINERARIES, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. EVEN NORMAL TICKETING RULES DO NOT REQUIRE TICKETS TO BE ISSUED UNITL A LATER DATE. IN THIS INSTANCE, GRACE RESORTS WILL REQUIRE IMMEDIATE AND FULL PAYMENT FOR THE AIRFARE. THIS SITUATION OVERRIDES INVOICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT DUE DATES. IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, SEATS WILL BE CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BE REBOOKED ON THE SAME FLIGHTS OR AT THE SAME AIRFARE. ANY REPLACEMENT AIR ARRANGEMENTS AND AIRFARE WIL BE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER.

AIRLINE TICKETS: ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED; GRACE RESORTS AIRLINE TICKETS WIL BE ISSUED AND ARE FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE. SHOULD AIRLINE TICKETS REQUIRE TO BE ISSUED EARLIER THAN FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY A LARGER NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND/ OR COMPLETE FULL PAYMENT.

AIRLINE FREQUENT FLIER PROGRAMS: PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT THEIR AIRLINE DIRECTLY REGARDING MILEAGE ELIGIBILITY AND ACCRUAL. AIRLINE’S FREQUENT FLIER PROGRAMS DETERMINE WHETHER TO AWARD MILES IN PART OR TOTAL BASED ON THEIR OWN RULES WHICH ARE UPDATED FREQUENTLY. SOME DISCOUNTED OR PROMOTIONAL AIRFARES AS WELL AS SOME CODE-SHARE FLIGHTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MIEAGE ACCRUAL. GRACE RESORTS WILL RECORD FREQUENT FLIER NUMBERS WHEN PROVIDED BY THE PASSENGER PRIOR TO TRAVEL DOCUMENTS BEING ISSUED. HOWEVER, THE ADDITION OF FREQUENT FLIER NUMBERS TO AIRLINE RECORDS DOES NOT GUARANTEE MILEAGE ELIGIBILITY, WHICH IS SOLE DISCRETION OF EACH AIRLINE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASSENGERS TO PROVIDE THEIR FREQUENT FLIER ACCOUNT INFORMATION WHENEVER CHECKING IN ONLINE AND/OR AT THE AIRPORT CHECK-IN DESK. AFTER TRAVEL HAS COMMENCED.

AIRLINE NAME CHANGES: ANY NAME CHANGE INCLUDING MINOR SPELLING CORRECTIONS MAY REQUIRE AIRLINE RESERVATIONS TO BE CANCELED AND REBOOKED. RESERVATONS ARE SUBJECT TO CURRENT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING AT THE TIME OF REBOOKING. LUGGAGE (AIRLINE): CHECKED BAGS ARE TYPICALLY LIMITED TO A TOTAL DIMENSION OF 62 INCHES BY ADDING LENGTH + WIDTH + HEIGHT (EXAMPLE: 26” + 26” + 10” = 62”), AND A MAXIUM WEIGHT OF 50 LBS. MANY AIRLINES APPLY CHARGES FOR CHECKED BAGS. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE RELEASE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF THE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT/ TERM CONDITIONS. GRACE RESORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKING WITHOUT SUCH CONFIRMATION. THE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT INCORPORATES OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, ASSUBPTIONS OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: GRACE RESORTS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES, (COLLECTIVELY “GRACE RESORTS”) DOES NOT OWN OR OPERATE ANY ENTITY WHICH IS TO OR DOES PROVIDE GOODS OR SERVICES FOR YOUR TRIP INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OVER HOTELS OR OTHER LODGING FACILITIES, AIRLINE, VESSEL, BUS, VAN, OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES, LOCAL GROUND OPERATORS, PROVIDERS, OR ORGANIZERS OF OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS OR EQUIPMENT USED THEREON, FOOD SERVICE OR ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDERS, ETC.  ALL SUCH PERSONS AND ENTITIES ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AS A RESULT, GRACE RESORTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY NEGLIGENT OR WILLFULL ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT OF ANY SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY OR OF ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY. WITHOUT LIMITATION, GRACE RESORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS,DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DEATH, DELAY, OR INCONVENIENCE IN CONNECTIONS WITH THE PROVISION OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OCCASIONDED BY OR RESULTING FROM, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACT OF GOD, ACTS OF GOVERNMENT, ACT OF WAR OR CIVIL UNREST, INSURRECTION OR REVOLT, STRIKES, OR OTHER LABOR ACTIVITIES, DANGERS INCIDENT TO RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SWIMMING, KAYAKING, SAILING, CANOEING, RAFTING, HIKING, WALKING, BICYCLING, ETC. I RELEASE GRACE RESORTS FROM ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE AND ASSUME ALL RISK THEREOF.
