We are Amour Travels LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Amour Travels LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Amour Travels LLC offers retail travel services to customers that are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Amour Travels LLC does not operate control or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Amour Travels LLC acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, tours, sightseeing and other privileges or services for the clients’ benefit. Amour Travels LLC shall never be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any accident, negligence, closing or default of any independent company or persona engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements or otherwise in connection therewith. It is highly recommended that travelers purchase a travel protection plan.
Client authorizes AMOUR TRAVELS LLC to act as my adviser for the airline tour operator supplier, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the documents, brochures, correspondence or other communication that will be used for travel. Client understand these suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services purchased. Client consents to and request the use of those suppliers. Client accepts that AMOUR TRAVELS LLC is NOT responsible for nor will client attempt to hold it liable for any injury, damage or loss suffered for any conditions, actions, or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of AMOUR TRAVELS LLC Client understands that if traveling internationally all persons must have a valid passport book. Client understand that a passport card is not valid for air travel. Depending on the destination and the origin of the client passport, guests may need to obtain a visa. Proof of citizenship is required for travel outside of the United States. AMOUR TRAVELS LLC warrants and declares that every effort will be made to provide the best prices available for the travel components that you request. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic situation should occur to redirect or reschedule your travel plans and the supplier is unable to provide client with the agreed upon travel services and/or products, AMOUR TRAVELS LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages, emotional or otherwise. AMOUR TRAVELS LLC, as your contracted travel advisor, will make reasonable effort to rebook redirected client to assist with comfort and safety. AMOUR TRAVELS LLC will notify client of the supplier’s refund, change and/or cancellation fees and penalties during the proposal phase. Client is aware that the airline ticket, especially holiday, group and discounted fares may be subject to the loss of some or all of the fare or require expenditure of additional money if client elects to change or cancel the reservation. Client agrees that adequate travel insurance protection will be considered for their travel to include by not be limited to: cancellation and trip interruption; medical and loss of baggage. If this protection is declined, a signed liability release waiver form will be required. Client agrees to review and agree to all the terms, conditions and penalties of the suppliers. Client will review the travel documents upon receipt for accuracy. Client may contact AMOUR TRAVELS LLC with any questions or concerns. Client agrees that AMOUR TRAVELS LLC has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition or the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards or climate extremes at the locations to which client may travel.
Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made in full. Amour Travels LLC will ensure client receive quotes deadlines deposit, refund and cancellation details within a timely manner to make financially prudent travel decisions. If travel is outside of the U.S., some components of the quotes are from foreign suppliers. Customers must note that currency fluctuate daily with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign traction fee, which is the responsibility of the customer. Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of quote or deposit, including price increases in the fee for a seat assignment, fee for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges and/or an increase in government-imposed fee(s) or tax(es).
Clients are required to send Passport or State Issued ID copies for all travelers to confirm reservations. We keep these copies in an electronically secure space to utilize for booking purposes and to mitigate unforeseen issues that may arise during international travel. AMOUR TRAVELS LLC strongly urges all clients to purchase travel insurance in the unlikely event of travel delays illness or injury. The client must provide correct legal names and dates of birth that match identification to be used for travel (i.e. Passports/ Driver’s License) to AMOUR TRAVELS LLC. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets in any circumstance. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to AMOUR TRAVELS LLC via the Client Profile Form. AMOUR TRAVELS LLC LLC is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided by client for travel planning including reservations and airline tickets. Please double check that we have all information correct prior to authorizing booking to commence. Travel documents including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required are your responsibility. The name, gender and date of birth must match the information listed on the airline ticket(s) and booking records. Beginning October 1, 2020, every air traveler 18 years of age and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, state-issued enhanced driver's license, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States. This is the responsibility of the traveler. Valid passports are required for all international destinations (outside of the United States) and the expiration date should be at least 6 months following the return date of your trip. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement isn’t met. Where visa and vaccinations records are required, please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each countries local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Several factors including past criminal record may contribute to the decision of the local immigration officials (s). Should a visa not be issued, AMOUR TRAVELS LLC is not responsible for lost payments made toward contemplated trip. However, AMOUR TRAVELS LLC LLC will make effort to assist with re-routing the client. Whether traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Visit the DHS website: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification for updates on what to expect during your security screening; what you can bring in your carryon, etc. VISIT the State Department website: www.travel.stat.gov for visa, passport support, and destination safety and health hazard notifications.
You agree NOT to file any chargebacks with Amour Travels LLC
You agree that any violation of any such Terms and Conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, and (c) being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service.
You agree and understand planning FEES are nonrefundable and you won't file any charge backs!
You understand that you are fully responsible for and cannot hold Amour Travels LLC legally liable for any of the terms listed above
COVID-19 Disclosure:
By booking your vacation with Amour Travels LLC during the COVID-19 pandemic, you, the traveler, acknowledge the inherent risk of traveling during this time. As the traveler, you assume personal responsibility and acknowledge that Amour Travels LLC is not liable for exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19 before, during, or after travel. You, the traveler, also acknowledge that while the agency has taken due diligence to educate you on all protocols, safety measures, and restrictions to the best of the agency's ability, you, the traveler, ultimately assume personal responsibility for understanding the travel requirements and travel risks of your destination. Amour Travels LLC is released of all liability in regard to changes or cancellations made as a result of COVID-19, including circumstances in which the traveler has failed to complete the necessary requirements or taken the appropriate measures per destination protocols. The traveler assumes all personal responsibility in any legal consequences or other ramifications of not following such protocols and local ordinances of their travel destination as it relates to COVID-19.
Please be advised that effective 1/26/2021, all air passengers arriving into the United States of America (US) from a foreign country or territory will be required to test for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days before the flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result to the airline before boarding the flight. Passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 90 days should provide appropriate recovery documentation in lieu of a test. Please refer to the CDC guidelines for the most updated approved documentation. Due to the timeframe of the testing requirement, it is important to note that testing will likely occur while in your international destination. If your trip is less than 3 days in duration, you should plan to test prior to departure, while still abiding by the 3-day timeframe. Travelers are responsible for any and all testing costs, including but not limited to antigen or PCR test, fees, and, if applicable, transportation to an offsite lab. IMPORTANT: Any passengers with a positive test result that cannot show proof of recovery will be denied boarding by their airline and thus required to quarantine or isolate in place. It is strongly recommended that each member of your travel party review the latest CDC announcement, which can be viewed by clicking here https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-air-travel.html,
as well as the information provided by your airline. While your travel agency will take due diligence in advising and educating your travel party on all protocols and testing options, it is ultimately your responsibility as the traveler to ensure all testing and other COVID-19 requirements are met. Amour Travels LLC is not legally, financially, or morally liable should you be denied boarding and required to quarantine or isolate in place.
