By signing this invoice and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Administrative Fee

  • A one-time $149 per person Administrative Fee will be added to your invoice.

  • This fee covers planning, coordination, supplier management, and booking services.

  • The Administrative Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.


2. Change Fee

A $125 change fee will be charged per request for any of the following modifications:

  • Changes to the number of days of your stay

  • Changes to the dates of your stay

  • Changes to the room category

All change fees are non-refundable and must be paid before the requested modification is processed. Supplier-imposed change penalties may apply in addition to this fee.


3. Payment Authorization

By signing this invoice, you authorize RESET TRAVEL to charge the credit card or bank account listed on this invoice for the total amount indicated.

You certify that:

  • You are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account provided.

  • You will not dispute this charge with your credit card company or financial institution, provided the charge corresponds to the services outlined in this invoice.

  • This payment is for the travel services described on the invoice.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments made to RESET TRAVEL for supplier bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In the event you choose to cancel your reservation, you may:

    • File a claim directly with your travel insurance provider, if coverage was purchased; or

    • Accept a vendor-issued travel voucher, when applicable, in accordance with the vendor’s cancellation policy.

Vendor vouchers:

  • Are subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions.

  • Are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • Must be used directly through the issuing vendor.

  • Are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the vendor’s discretion.

RESET TRAVEL does not control supplier refund decisions and cannot override vendor policies.


5. Travel Insurance Advisory

  • You have been strongly advised to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.

  • Acceptance or decline of travel insurance does not alter these terms.

  • RESET TRAVEL is not responsible for losses due to cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, or other unforeseen events.

  • Any reimbursement requests must be submitted to your travel insurance provider.


6. Safety & Right to Modify Travel

RESET TRAVEL reserves the right to modify travel dates and/or destination if the agency determines that the originally scheduled location or dates are unsafe due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government travel advisories

  • Political unrest

  • Public health concerns

  • Other safety-related events

If modifications are required for safety reasons:

  • Refunds will not be issued by RESET TRAVEL.

  • You may file a claim with your travel insurance provider; or

  • Accept a vendor-issued voucher (when available) in accordance with supplier policies.


7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.

  • You agree to all policies stated above.

  • You understand that refunds are subject to supplier and insurance provider policies.

  • You agree not to dispute valid charges that correspond to the authorized services.
