  • Travel insurance (please accept or decline below). It is optional, but highly recommended to protect your investment! In the event, you need to cancel or an unforeseen circumstance occurs between the time of booking and the day you return from the trip, your travel protection plan will ensure you're covered.

To cruise you will need your birth certificate or a passport.

Deposits are non refundable  Final payment due December 11, 2024
 
Payments are set up at your discretion. If you would like an automatic payment to set up on specific day, please let me know otherwise you will need to contact me when you are ready to make additional payments, I will process your payment send you an updated balance and confirmation.

Pricing and Availability is subject to change until the per person (and full room) deposit has been received.  Your trip total will be confirmed within 24-48 hours of registration. 

If your travel companion cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new travel companion or pay the remaining balance due on the room.

 

🛑  Carnival Cruise Travel Protection Program: Details are listed in the Extra Items Section. If you add Carnival Travel Protection, it must be paid with your Deposit.

Travel protection is strongly recommended.  The coronavirus or any other pandemic is normally not covered in most travel insurance plans. However, some travel insurance companies have included provisions for COVID-19 under their cancel anytime/ or cancel for any reason benefit.

Take Me Away is NOT a travel insurance agency and strongly recommends that you read the coverage / limits of the policy options prior to making your purchase.

Ultimately the decisions regarding coverage percentages and refund amounts are made by the 3rd party insurance company.

 

🛑  Terms & Policies:

  • Booking the package signifies your acknowledgment of our Terms and Conditions..
  • Booking must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued passport. 
  • Name changes are allowed based on supplier's changes fees. 
  • Late payment penalties will apply for any payment received after the final due date

🛑  Cancellation Policy:

Once the reservation has been made, the cancellation will only be accepted in writing. Any reservation that was made without "Travel Protection" will be subject to loss of deposit or any payments made prior to cancellation. Any reservation made with "Travel Protection" will be subject to a possible refund if deemed possible. Email your cancellation request to takemeawayte@ymail.com with your full name, and date of travel.
