Travel Notes:
- Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before April 2023.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Luxe Travel & Lifestyle, LLC reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released no later than June 2023. Flight details are not available now.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidental charges.
- A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

COVID Travel Requirements:
Passengers traveling to Dubai from all countries must fulfill one of the below requirements at the airport of departure:
- Present a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate, reflecting that the passenger is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization (WHO). If fully vaccinated, no COVID-19 test is required.
- Present a valid negative COVID-19 test certificate that should be based on a molecular diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS‑COV‑2 viral RNA. The certificate must be issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection by an approved health service provider and must contain a QR code.

Number of travelers below is asking how many people will you be paying for today. Choose 1 traveler if you are paying for self only, choose 2 travelers if you are paying for self and a companion.
Due to deposits being non-refundable, please sign up only when you have worked out all your travel arrangements to attend. Do not book rooms prior to ensuring job and travel arrangements, or have confirmed their roommate(s).

Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Luxe Travel & Lifestyle, LLC's merchant account is through TravelJoy. TravelJoy accepts all major credit cards. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Without limitation, Passenger(s) voluntarily hold Luxe Travel & Lifestyle, LLC harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.
· All deposit payments to Luxe Travel & Lifestyle, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. For cancellations made before August 1, 2023, the guest will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit. After which, no refunds will be provided.
· Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making payments.
