Booking: To start a booking, you need to agree with these terms and conditions, pay the trip deposit and our professional service fees (where applicable) and complete the credit card authorization form. We accept all major credit or debit cards with a verifiable billing address.
A deposit along with a completed registration form is required by all private and group travelers. Unless otherwise specified on a group travel event by JP Koler, anyone can join a group travel event by securing their spot with a deposit as long as the final payment due date hasn’t passed and space is available.
Payments:
Once your reservation is secured with a deposit, final payment is usually due 30-45 days prior to travel. Exceptions may be made depending on booking window and first date of travel.
Your reservation is subject to cancellation by the supplier if you do not meet the final payment deadline.
If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the money applied towards the reservation will be forfeited and is not refundable and/or transferable to another trip regardless if you’ve secured travel protection.
Insurance:
We highly recommend protecting your trip and have included travel insurance in the cost of this package, however it is completely optional. Should a traveler refuse to accept the included plan, a form declining coverage will be provided and the cost removed from the individual trip. In the event of declined insurance, JP Koler bares no responsibility for changes, costs or services, that would have ben provided by travel insurance. Travelers are welcome to purchase travel protection outside of this package and JP Koler will provide any necessary trip information to help facilitate.
