Due to the historic nature of this Inauguration trip, all reservations are subject to a strict non-refundable/non-transferrable policy. All third-party vendors, including hotels and transportation companies, are enforcing a 100% guarantee with no refunds or exceptions. This policy ensures the success of the event and accommodates the high demand for services during this significant moment. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, as per the terms set forth by our partner vendors. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and ensure peace of mind throughout your trip. Travel insurance offers coverage for unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies. In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise, having insurance allows you to recover eligible expenses and avoid financial loss, ensuring that your experience remains as stress-free as possible. Travel insurance is an essential safeguard for your travel plans.

• Rates are based on Per Guest pricing.
• Melin Michelle events operates independently and isn’t affiliated with the Harris/Waltz Campaign, the Inauguration, the White House or its partners.
• Inauguration tickets are NOT included in these rates. Each guest must request tickets from their County Commissioners office.
• Ground Transportation will be provided to and from the Inauguration for ticket holders.
• Roommate matching is not offered for this trip.
• Airfare is NOT included in these rates.
• Men, Women and children are welcome!
• Rooms typically contain 1 King or 2 Queen Beds; rollaways might incur additional charges.
• A Credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Hotel check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.

By making a reservation for this trip, you are agreeing to the following terms and policies:

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined by Melin Michelle LLC and Melin Michelle Events.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments:
   All payments made to Melin Michelle LLC and Melin Michelle Events are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
3. Full Name Requirement:
   Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on state issued identification. This is essential for travel documents and identification purposes.
4. Price Changes:
   Prices are subject to change without notice. To lock in the current price, we encourage you to make your reservations today.
5. Valid Identification:
   A valid state issued id is required for travel. If you do not have a state issued id, please apply as soon as possible to ensure it is valid for your trip.
6. Payments:
   All payments must be paid in full on the designated due dates. On time payments are required to keep your reservation active. A reservation that is 3 days past due may be canceled without notice.
7. Roommate Payment Responsibility:
   If applicable, it is your responsibility to ensure your roommate is also making timely payments. Failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation.
8. Account Access:
   Once your reservation is made, you will have access to our client portal where you can view your account 24/7.
9. Name Changes:
   Name changes are permitted for a $150.00 name change fee.
10. Email Address Updates:
    It is your responsibility to keep Melin Michelle LLC and Melin Michelle Events informed of any changes to your email address, as this is our primary method of communication.
