Flight details and rates will be available in November 2024. For now, we have estimated the cost of airfare. This estimated cost is subject to change until you make your transportation deposit, no later than January 12, 2025. When we have a signed contract, exact flight details will be shared with the group in November/ December 2024. The package includes the cost of an economy ticket; however, you can upgrade to a premium or business class flight if the airline offers it. Guests are welcome to link their airline rewards numbers to their reservation.

 

A wide variety of shore excursions are available for all interests, abilities, and budgets, including accessible tours in most ports that will accommodate guests with limited mobility. Contact us for help selecting the right ones for you. The cruise ship will be docked steps away from some of the most beautiful ports in the Mediterranean. For days when the cruise ship is tendered offshore, the cruise line will provide a complimentary tender (shuttle boat) to the center of town. Even without scheduling shore excursions, there's plenty to do within walking distance of the ship, such as shops, cafes, historical areas, and more.

 

Itinerary:

• October 8 (Depart from Altoona): 

  Luxury motorcoach transportation will be provided from the Blair County Chamber of Commerce to the Airport, where you will board your overnight flight to Rome.

  *The actual flight schedule and airfare are coming soon. 

• October 9 (Rome pre-cruise): Upon arriving in Rome, you’ll be transported to your centrally located 4-star hotel, where you can spend the day at your leisure. Whether you choose to explore the city's iconic landmarks on your own or join an optional guided tour, you'll have ample opportunity to immerse yourself in Rome's rich history and vibrant culture. 😴 One-night pre-cruise hotel stay is included in your package price. Stay in a 4-star hotel in the heart of Rome's historic district (hotel information coming soon). 
  

• October 10 (Embarkation Day!): Group transportation will be provided from your hotel in Rome to the Civitavecchia cruise port, where you will board the Celebrity Constellation and get ready for sail away at 5:00 PM. This seamless transfer ensures a smooth transition from your hotel to the start of your luxurious cruise adventure.

Payment Schedule:

1. Cruise deposit at the time of booking: $900 per stateroom. This cruise deposit is refundable until July 12, 2025
2. January 12, 2025 Transportation deposit: $2000 per person. 
3. July 12, 2025: Final balance is due. 

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel before July 13, 2025 - No penalty
• July 13 - July 27 - Lose cruise deposit ($900 per cabin)
• July 28 - August 10 - Lose 50% of total price (taxes & fees excluded)* 
• August 11 - September 9 - Lose 75% of total price (taxes & fees excluded)*
• September 10 or later - No refund except for taxes and fees

5. Please note your credit card will not be charged immediately.  This allows us time to confirm availability. Within 3-4 business days of submitting your request, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your booking.  Your deposit will appear as "Gifted Travel Network" on your credit card statement.
6. Prices reflect the per-person cost based on two (double occupancy) people sharing a room. Availability for single and triple rooms is limited. If you are booking a single or triple occupancy room, we will confirm availability before charging your card.
