- Visitax paid online anytime before departure from Mexico at a cost of approx. $18.80USD per person
- Environmental tax: This tax is collected directly by the resort at time of check in. The fee is approximately $1- $9 USD per person per night depending on resort. Environmental tax is effective in most resorts.
How Pricing Works
Child pricing is only for ages 2-12 years old
Teenagers age 13+ are considered "adults" when pricing.
Infants under 2yrs has a charge of $161.99
Single Occupancy means one solo adult is staying in the room
Double Occupancy means 2 adults are sharing a room
Triple Occupancy means 3 adults are sharing a room
Please choose the appropriate number of "adults" when booking a room to get the correct pricing.
**At least 2 adults required for child prices to apply- if only 1 adult and 1 child then child pays adult price. If you have a child under 4 reach out for a special rate. Maximum Occupancy is 4 with - Maximum adults 3 ( and children over 12) -Maximum number of children 2
Payment
To book your room, a NON REFUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE deposit of $250/person is due at time of booking.
All deposits are due by July 6 2026
Final payment is due Aug 14 2026

Deposit is non-refundable.
59 to 21 days prior to departure 50% of total price is non-refundable.
Less than 21 days before travel commences and thereafter 100% of the total price is non- refundable
