CHANGES, DEVIATIONS, REDUCTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, REQUESTS FOR ACCOUNTING DETAILS
Once your deposit is paid, all requests for changes, deviations, reductions, cancellations, and accounting details should be notified immediately. Advising Serena's Sweet Escapes of reducing or cancelling your room block is explicitly your responsibility. You must send a clear request to reduce or cancel rooms, including room category and dates, via email. You should not consider your room block reduced or cancelled without a written email confirmation from Serena's Sweet Escapes acknowledging your request. It is your responsibility to ensure this is done on time prior to the reduction and cancellation deadlines. Failure to follow these steps will result in applicable penalties outlined above
TRAVEL CREDIT
Standard change and cancellation policies apply to new bookings made with travel credit. Travel credits are valid for travel commencing within 395 days from original departure date, must be used for travel commencing by expiration date, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are issued in the names of the adult (18+ years of age) passengers on the original reservation.
Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] with Pre-Departure Waiver
Pre-Departure Waiver and the following service are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or by final payment due date, whichever occurs first. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP+, you will receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees].
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Booking Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.

If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use.
