BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE:

1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMINOLOGY

In these Booking Terms and Conditions:

 (a)  Terms”, or “Agreement” refers to these Booking Terms and Conditions.

(b)  The World Within US”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to THE WORLD WITHIN US, INC., the Travel Provider. 

(c)   You”, “Purchaser”, “Client”, or “Participant” refers to you, the traveler, booking our Travel Service. 

(d)  Our Service” refers to all brochures, documents, and correspondence related to our Travel Services.

(e)   Travel Service” refers to any trip, getaway, or travel experience made available to you by us through our service.

(f)   Travel Products” refers to flights, accommodations, rental cars, or travel insurance provided by a Supplier.

(g)  Supplier” refers to vetted third parties such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

(h)  Group Leader” refers to a participant who reserves a Travel Service on behalf of a group reservation.

2. CONTRACT

These Terms set out the legal terms on which Travel Services are made available to you through our Service. They also cover any interaction and communication you have with us through our Service. 

The reservation of your Travel Services constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s) and The World Within US pursuant to the following Terms. By reserving a Travel Service, you acknowledge: (1) you have read and understand these Terms; and (2) indicate your express acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book a Travel Service with us. 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use and booking of our Travel Services following any changes to these Terms is subject to your acceptance of those updated Terms.

3. SCOPE/AGENCY

The World Within US does not own or control the Travel Products that are provided as part of your trip. The Travel Product is owned, controlled, or made available by vetted Suppliers. The Suppliers are responsible for the Travel Products. The Supplier’s terms and privacy policies apply to your booking so you must agree to and understand those terms. Your interaction with any Supplier is at your own risk. The World Within US does not bear any responsibility should anything go wrong with your booking or during your travel. Hence, as the traveler, you agree that The World Within US acts only as agent for the traveler in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the travelers’ benefit, and on the express condition that The World Within US shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

 4. BOOKING RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

(a)  Reserving your Trip: Payment of the deposit and submission of the relevant travel documents reserves your travel date and trip on the upcoming trip. By reserving your trip, you represent and warrant that you are of sufficient age (at least 18 years old) or traveling with a family member of sufficient age.  

(b)  Booking Confirmation: After we receive your deposit and relevant travel documents, we will send you a booking confirmation and additional correspondence related to the trip via the email address, phone number, or Instagram you provided. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within five (5) business days of submitting your deposit, please contact us.

(c)   Travel Documents: Clients will be required to submit a copy of their passport and/or other requested legal identification to The World Within Us. You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to each traveler’s citizenship. The World Within Us cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibilities for notice of countries’ current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. Additionally, The World Within Us is not liable or responsible for any Client being denied entry or exit to or from the travel destination based on lack of adequate documentation or required immunizations.

 5. PRICE, PAYMENT SCHEDULE, AND LATE PAYMENTS

 (a)  Price: Each Travel Service is different, please refer to your individual itinerary as a guide for what costs are included in your specific trip as well as payment plan offerings. Prices are based on current rates of exchange at the time of trip proposal and/or booking confirmation The World Within Us.

(b)  Reserves the right to increase the Travel Service price if necessary and will notify you within a reasonable time of any price increase.

(c)   Deposit: Due at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit fee will automatically be credited to the total payment of your trip and confirm your spot. 

(d)   All customized payment plans per traveler request must be confirmed and set up with The World Within Us within 30 days of the submitted deposit.

(e)   Total Payment: The Total Payment of all Travel Services is due 30 days prior to your trip departure date, or if on a customized payment plan, as specified on the date of your payment plan. Failure to pay the total payment in full 30 days prior to your trip departure date is a breach of this contract and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, retain your deposit, and all amounts paid towards your trip as liquidated damages.

(f)  Late Payments: Failure to make a payment within (5) five days of the agreed-upon date is a breach of contract and may result in the cancellation of your experience. If you are having any issues with making a payment you must notify us by email at hello@theworldwithinus.org.

6. CANCELLATION, ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS, AND REFUND POLICY

(a)  Itinerary modifications by us: Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules and itineraries, The World Within Us reserves the right to alter routes or accommodations arrangements should condition necessitate prior to or while on tour. Such conditions may be brought about by impassable roads or closed airfields due to rain, civil unrest, over bookings, and schedule changes, or other unforeseen challenges. There may also be occasions where we may need to alter or modify your trip based on a supplier’s operating days or changes in availability. We will notify you of any such changes within a reasonable time. Such changes are generally considered minor changes in the itinerary and shall not be considered nonconformance under this Agreement. 

(b)   Itinerary modifications by you: If you decide to alter, modify, or make any changes to your trip after you have departed, such changes will be at your own expense. Refunds will not be provided for any services not utilized by you. 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation before 90 days prior, a credit will be applied towards a future trip. This credit must be used within 12 months from the original trip's departure date. 

All payments are nonrefundable within 60 days of the departure date. While we will do our best to secure refunds for cancellations, we cannot guarantee a refund. Any remaining balance we will credit for a future trip. Each case will be reviewed individually, and efforts will be made to accommodate the traveler’s situation.

The purchase price of any domestic flights reserved on behalf of the traveler will also be deducted from the total credit amount as those tickets are non-refundable and non-interchangeable.

Future Credit:

If the traveler is unable to travel and a refund is not possible, any non-refundable amount can be used as a future credit for another trip booked within one year from the original departure date. This future credit will be subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.

Cancellations or Modifications Required By External Events Beyond Reasonable Control

THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be liable to any traveler for the need to cancel, modify, or postpone the tour as a result of events that are beyond The World Within Us’s reasonable control. These matters include such “acts of God” or force majeure events as actual or threats of: epidemics or pandemics, or other public health issues or emergencies (such as but not limited to the current COVID-19 pandemic); severe weather events or natural disasters such as but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, fires, floods, volcanic activity, or landslides; war (whether declared or undeclared); terrorist activities; instability in a destination location; incidents of violence, riot, sabotage, civil commotion, or nationalization; strikes or labor disputes or lockouts; government orders, sanctions, actual or potential quarantines, or other restrictions affecting travel in, to, or around a location; disruption to transportation; chemical or radioactive contamination; or any other reason that makes it actually or potentially impossible or illegal for THE WORLD WITHIN US to conduct the tour as originally contracted. 

 Rescheduling of trip date decision will be influenced by: 

·  Force majeure: unforeseen circumstances, acts of God that include natural disaster, political conflict, closed borders, health restrictions, 

·  Travel bans to or from originating countries

·  Guests are not able to travel due to a travel ban in their country – needs to be confirmed by official channels, or if quarantines are implemented.

By Company. Company reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your Total Payment is not received on or before the Payment Due Date and you will not be eligible for any refunds of any amounts paid (including the deposit). THE WORLD WITHIN US further reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to the Departure Date in the event an insufficient number of registrants are confirmed for the trip, (which would be discussed prior to booking) or for any other commercial reason in Company’s sole discretion. In such an event, you will receive a full refund of the amount you remitted to Company, but in no event will Company be responsible for any other amount, including preparation costs, airfare, travel documents, or any other Losses or claimed damages.

By You. All cancellations by you must be in writing and emailed to Company at the contact email address specified on the Website (hello@theworldwithinus.org). Participants can find a replacement traveler to cover the cost of their trip and will need to receive written email confirmation to THE WORLD WITHIN US.

​Cancellation Items: THE WORLD WITHIN US is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. In case of unforeseen situations, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your individual trip confirmations and assets purchased directly by the Participant.

Unused Services. THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not offer or pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services which were missed or unused by the Client due to no fault of THE WORLD WITHIN US or its Experience Designers, which shall include any termination of the Client’s participation in the tour Product due to the Client’s own fault, negligence, illness, or breach of these Terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be responsible for expenses incurred by participants in preparing for a canceled trip such as non-refundable airfare tickets, visa fees, doctor’s fees or vaccinations, equipment, etc.

Passports, and Visas. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and all appropriate visas, permits, certificates, and/or other required documentation (“Documentation”) for the countries, jurisdictions, parks, areas, etc. you will visit during the trip. THE WORLD WITHIN US is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid Documentation.

4. Insurance 

It is a condition of booking that the sole responsibility lies with the travelers to ensure they carry the correct and sufficient comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves as well as any dependents and travel companions for the duration of their trip. We want to ensure that your trip is protected in case of any unforeseeable circumstances. Therefore, the insurance should include coverage for, but not limited to, the following eventualities: cancellation or curtailment of the tour, flight delays, emergency evacuation expenses, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and damage, theft, or loss of personal baggage, money, and goods.

THE WORLD WITHIN US will take no responsibility and shall have no liability for any costs or losses incurred or suffered by the guest, guest’s dependents, or travel companions with regards to, but not limited to, the above-mentioned eventualities. Travelers will be charged directly by the relevant service providers for any emergency services they may require and may find themselves unable to access such services should they not have the relevant insurance coverage.

**Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler. No refund or portions of any refund shall be made by THE WORLD WITHIN US  in the event of injury of any medical emergency, to protect you we recommend you to use travel insurance.

5. Medical and Health 

Good physical health is a requirement for participation in a trip. By forwarding this Reservation Form and payment of deposit, you are confirming that you do not have any physical or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard to yourself or fellow travelers, It is essential that any guest with any condition requiring regular medication or treatment or which may be affected by strenuous outdoor activity, high altitude, climate or particular foods, advise us in writing in advance of travel.

Good Health. THE WORLD WITHIN US reserves the right to request a guest to provide a doctor’s statement of good health or to make an ultimate decision for determining suitability for a guest to participate in any activity which may pose a risk to the guest or other travel participants. THE WORLD WITHIN US will not assume responsibility for the accuracy of any medical information. You should consult your doctor for up-to-date requirements and medical advice.

Health and Fitness Eligibility. You represent that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and are healthy, in good physical and mental health, and are at a level appropriate to participate in, and are fully capable of participating in the trip. It is the responsibility of the Participant to have all required vaccinations for all countries the participant will be traveling to. You further represent that you do not suffer from any medical conditions or disabilities that may restrict, limit, prevent, or preclude your participation in the trip, including any Physical Activities. You have consulted with your physician and your physician has authorized you to participate in the Getaway, including any Physical Activities. You will discuss and address any questions or concerns you may have about your physical or mental health with the appropriate health care professional prior to the Departure Date. Documentation from your physician confirming your clearance to participate in the Getaway can be provided upon request. If at any time, you have any doubts about your physical condition or fitness to participate in any aspect of the Getaway, you will cease participation in the same and seek appropriate medical attention.

Physical and Strenuous Activity. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the trip, which may include strenuous physical activity including without limitation walking, running, hiking, dancing, climbing, swimming, jumping, surfing, yoga, classes, and various other exercises or physical activity (“Physical Activity”). You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with participation in the trip and/or engaging in Physical Activity, which may include the risk of serious injury (e.g., heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls, tears, broken bones, shin splints, and other illnesses) or death, and you hereby elect to voluntarily participate in such Physical Activities as part of your itinerary. All activities are optional and if you do not want to participate in an activity you are not required to. The Company is not responsible for providing an alternative activity for you if you choose not to participate. You are responsible and strongly recommended for obtaining personal travel insurance to cover the activities of your trip. 

YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED THAT THE TRIP MAY TAKE PLACE IN REMOTE AREAS WHERE THERE IS LITTLE OR NO ACCESS TO TRADITIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES OR HOSPITAL FACILITIES FOR SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES (OR YOUR PARTICULAR HEALTH ISSUES). YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT ANY MEDICAL OR EVACUATION EXPENSES WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

As a result, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance with appropriate coverage for your needs. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse your participation in the trip, classes, physical activities, and/or any other activities, due to medical, fitness, or other grounds. The company also reserves the right to deny participation in the trip or any related activities at any time to individuals demonstrating behavior that may result in injury to themselves or others.

Assumption of Risk. You understand that serious accidents may occur during Physical Activities, including without limitation to trip classes, and that the Participant can sustain fatal and/or serious personal injury. As stated above, the trip may take place in a remote location where there is little or no access to traditional medical services or hospital facilities for serious and/or particular health issues. You may also be visiting places where the political, cultural, and geographical attributes of the location present risks and physical challenges that are greater than those present in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to familiarize yourself with all possible relevant travel information in connection with your participation in the trip.

Liabilities. Understanding and in full consideration of the foregoing, you agree to solely and exclusively assume full and complete responsibility for and the risks inherent in travel and engaging in Physical Activity (including trip classes and experiences) which may include injury, death, property damage, and/or any other kind of Liability, whether foreseen or unforeseen, which may occur during your participation in the trip. You acknowledge that your decision to participate in the getaway is made in full consideration of the foregoing information and that you solely and exclusively assume the risks involved with participating in the getaway. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP.

Liability and Release. You have been advised and strongly recommend to obtain travel insurance at the point of booking your place on a getaway to cover against Liabilities resulting from trip cancellation or interruption, weather, natural disaster, strike, illness, job reasons, accident, sickness, evacuation, pre-existing medical conditions, baggage delay, loss, theft, and other Liabilities associated with travel and your participation in the trip. You will not look to any of the Company Parties for reimbursement for any Liabilities suffered or occurring during your travel and/or participation in the trip.

Injury. In the event you are injured while participating in the trip, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any and all medical or transport costs you incur. You acknowledge and agree that in no event shall company and/or any company party be liable or responsible for any losses or liabilities arising out of your participation in your trip.

6. Airfare and Delays 

Airfares are subject to fluctuation without notice prior to ticketing. THE WORLD WITHIN US is not responsible for any airline schedule or airfare changes, cancellations, overbooking or damage or loss of baggage and property. Any and all claims for any loss, damage, or injury suffered on any airline must be made directly with the airline involved. Air schedule changes may necessitate additional nights being added to your trip. These schedule changes are beyond the control of THE WORLD WITHIN US and any resulting additional costs shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be held liable for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of airlines not running to schedule.

7. Information 

THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from any shortfall, errors, or omissions in the lodging information (hotels, lodges, accommodations) passed to the customer during the course of the sale or subsequent delivery of the service.

8. Itinerary Changes 

Although every effort is made to adhere to schedules and itineraries, THE WORLD WITHIN US reserves the right to alter routes or accommodations arrangements should condition necessitate prior to or while on tour. Such conditions may be brought about by impassable roads or closed airfields due to rain, civil unrest, overbookings, and schedule changes, or other unforeseen challenges. THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be held responsible for such itinerary changes. If the client initiates a last-minute change to the tour itinerary including accommodations, flights, services, etc. any additional expenses incurred as a result of such change shall be payable directly by the client.

Unforeseen Circumstances. The Participant acknowledges by booking a Product and/or agreeing to travel with THE WORLD WITHIN US that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and acknowledges that they will permit reasonable alterations to the itinerary by THE WORLD WITHIN US. The Client acknowledges their understanding that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transport may be subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances or events, which may include sickness or mechanical breakdown, incidents in the location where the service will be operated, flight cancellations, strikes, events emanating from political disputes, entry or border difficulties, extreme weather and other unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances which are beyond the control of THE WORLD WITHIN US.

9. Specific Accommodation 

Although we use our efforts to ensure that all reserved accommodations are available as planned, THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be held liable for a refund either in the whole or part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable and a reasonable alternative is found.

10. Wild Animals 

Please be aware that our trips may take you into close contact with wild animals. Attacks by wild animals are rare, but no tour or activity can guarantee that this will not occur. THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury or incident on the tour. Always follow the safety instructions from the guide, staff, or lodge when engaging with wild animals.

11. Guest Representation and Consent 

The person making any booking with THE WORLD WITHIN US warrants that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of all other persons included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included to make payment. The person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability of the total price of all bookings made by him/her. The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes a consent by all guests covered by that payment to all provisions of the Booking Terms and Conditions contained herein whether the guest has signed the Reservation Form or not.

12. Assignment 

This contract may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.

13. Severability 

If any term of this contract is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected.

14. Governing Law 

The validity of this contract and of any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties under this contract, shall be construed pursuant to and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

This contract supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract. This contract contains all of the covenants and arrangements between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract, and each party acknowledges that no representation, inducements, promises, or agreements have been made by or on behalf of any party except the covenants and agreements embodied in this contract. No agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this contract shall be valid or binding between the parties with respect to the subject of this contract.

15. Increase in Costs 

Trip costs quoted are current and are subject to change should there be any increases related to national park fees, lodging rates, governmental fees and taxes, internal (domestic) airfare, airport taxes, fees, third-party services, or any other circumstance beyond our control. This circumstance will be communicated clearly with the trip participant. Prices and availability are subject to change, that depends on third-party vendors.

16. Travel & Medical Documents 

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that he/she and his/her dependents have all the appropriate travel and medical documentation including passports, travel permits, vaccination certificates, and other required documentation. It is your responsibility to report on time for all travel arrangements and to ensure that you have all travel tickets and documents.

THE WORLD WITHIN US shall not be held responsible for any additional costs if you fail to do so, and in the case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or other authority, all repatriation costs are to be borne by the Participant.

17. Indemnity & Binding Effect 

You further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company parties from any and all liabilities (including without limitation court costs and attorney’s fees) that one or more of the company parties may incur as a result of your participation in the getaway, whether caused by the negligence of any company party or otherwise (but excluding any gross negligence or willful misconduct of a company party), to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

It is your express intent that this Agreement shall bind the members of your family and spouse if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns and personal representative, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the Company Parties.

Severability. In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason than such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions hereof to survive and continue as binding. If any provision of these Terms is found to be so broad as to be unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

18. Images and Marketing

The Participant agrees that while participating in any trip, product images, photos, or videos may be taken by other clients and/or THE WORLD WITHIN US representatives. The Participant acknowledges that they consent to any such pictures being taken and agree that Participant hereby grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to THE WORLD WITHIN US, its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose (including marketing and promotions).

By and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the trip, you irrevocably grant THE WORLD WITHIN US and its agents and representatives all rights to use, reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, distribute works based on your image, likeness, and voice as recorded by any camera and/or on any video, audio, and/or other media (collectively, “Likeness”) worldwide, without compensation, payment, or other additional consideration of any kind, for any lawful purpose, including without limitation for marketing and trade purposes.

You agree that your Likeness may be used, reproduced, displayed, exhibited, published, edited, or distributed by Company at its sole discretion. You understand that your Likeness may be used in various publications, promotional or marketing materials, and/or social media, unrestricted by time or geographic area, and consent to such uses. You further understand and grant permission to the Company and its agents and representatives to electronically display any Likeness of you on the Internet or in other public settings. You hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any and all materials in which your Likeness may appear.

You further waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your Likeness. This release applies to all photographic, audio, and/or video recordings collected as part of, in connection with, and/or during the Getaway (by Company or any third party). There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where materials including your Likeness may be used, reproduced, displayed, exhibited, published, and/or distributed by or on behalf of THE WORLD WITHIN US.

19. Force Majeure.

If THE WORLD WITHIN US is prevented (directly or indirectly) from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of any Act of God, strike, trade dispute, fire, inclement weather, breakdown, interruption of transportation networks/means, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party, or for any other cause whatsoever outside of Company’s reasonable control, the company will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may, at company’s sole discretion, by written notice to you, either postpone the trip or take any other reasonable action. Under such circumstances you will not be eligible for a refund of any amounts paid to the Company for the trip, and in no event will the Company be responsible for any other amount, including preparation costs, airfare, travel documents, or any other Losses or claimed damages.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Jersey Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Jersey. You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement, including the releases and waivers of liability herein, are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.

Waiver. The failure or delay by Company to enforce or exercise any provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute or be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provisions herein. Furthermore, any waiver or breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not amount to a waiver of any other provision.

​The itinerary is a general guide to the tour and region and any mention of specific destinations is by no means a guarantee that they will be visited or encountered, nor does it form part of the contract between the Participant and THE WORLD WITHIN US. Although the itinerary has been curated with care and details are provided in good faith, we may make improvements that stem from weather changes, local factors, past travelers’ comments, and our own research, to name a few examples. Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with the most rewarding experience. You also accept, agree and understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical activities you may participate in. Therefore, you expressly acknowledge and assume responsibility for such risk and that you alone are responsible for your decision to participate in such activities.

Merger This Agreement constitutes the final, exclusive agreement between the parties the entire agreement between the Participant and THE WORLD WITHIN US with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties, written or oral. Please note this Terms & Conditions document is valid for all Travels organized in whole by THE WORLD WITHIN US and not in conjunction with any other party or tour operator associated with a given trip.

20. Circumnavigation:

We value our clients, partners, and team. The traveler agrees to not directly engage with a vendor utilized by THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS without involving THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS, legal action may be pursued by the contracting party within a period of three (3) years from the date of such circumnavigation. Circumnavigation of vendors will be defined, but not limited to, the following: Client will not directly or indirectly use or approach THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS,'s vendors, tour guides, drivers, or introductions. The client will not benefit, either financially or otherwise, from information supplied by THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS or from individuals and/or business entities introduced by THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS regarding any business opportunity, business combination, or joint venture under discussion. THE WORLD WITHIN US TRAVELS, reserves the right to seek remedies including but not limited to financial compensation, court costs, and attorney fees."

TRAVEL INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We are not liable for any cancellation, delays, medical issues, unforeseen circumstances, and will not be able to provide a refund. We strongly advise travelers to get their own travel insurance for trip protection and medical reasons. We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge that purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommend by The World Within Us.

Participants are advised to obtain travel and medical insurance that will cover them for the entire journey (e.g., Hey Mondo or World Nomads). Each member should get coverage for trip cancellation, delay or interruption, delayed or missing luggage, emergency medical attention, illness, and evacuation, as well as 24-hour medical support and traveler's aid.
