Itinerary:

  • Wedding Day: Friday June 26th, 2026
 

Due Dates: 

  • February 25th, 2026 is the deadline to pay the $300 deposit to reserve your room at AVA Resort Cancun.
  • March 1st, 2026 is the due date for 60% of your room balance.
  • April 1st, 2026 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Daniella and Z's Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). If you book outside of this room block your room will be charged $302 per person to attend the welcome event.

 

  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  2. Specific building locations, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  3. Rooms are required to have at least one Adult 18+.
  4. Child and teen rate are based on age at time of check-in.
  5. April 24th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. After you book, modifications to your room category are possible but the process with the resort can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  1.  
  • If you cancel your reservation before March 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between March 1st, 2026 and April 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after April 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 
 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

AVA Resort Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of AVA Resort Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by AVA Resort Cancun.
