FAQ

❓How do you add the flights if needed?

-Please note we do not book flights and are not included in the trip cost. However, we can assist with

flight pricing separately upon request. 

- You will need to book your flight to depart on 4/1 for a second day arrival.  

❓Can a room be upgraded?

-Yes, rooms can be upgraded to a higher category after booking, subject to availability, at additional cost.

❓Can you provide transportation to activities outside of the current itinerary?

-Yes, we can arrange roundtrip transportation at an additional cost. Please provide the location, duration, 

and number of travelers, and we will share pricing details.

❓If someone cancels on a double occupancy reservation, can the name be changed or can the remaining 

traveler stay as a single occupancy person?

-If a traveler cancels at least 60 days before the trip start date, the name can be changed, and the deposit paid can be transferred to a new traveler. 

If the remaining traveler wishes to continue as single occupancy, they will need to pay the adjusted single occupancy rate. $3440 /single 

occupancy rate

❓Can a single occupancy be changed to a double occupancy room

-Yes, a single occupancy room can be converted to double occupancy, provided there is a second traveler to share the room. The price will be 

adjusted accordingly.

❓Can we add an extra day to the beginning or the end of the trip?

   -Yes, pre- or post-night stays can be added at an additional cost.

❓Are there any Resort fees?? 

-No

❓How are the spa treatments scheduled?  Same time or staggered?

-2-5 at a time, called by name for services

-Services included: balinese massage or body scrub, and flower bath

-Can be added, send email with traveler name

-Yes, all add ons must be paid by the final payment date 2/2/26

❓What is included in the Bali instagram Tour?  How long is the tour?  Is lunch provided?

-The Bali Instagram Tour is a full-day activity lasting approximately 12 hours. Your private English-

speaking guide will take you to some of the most picturesque and iconic spots in Bali, perfect for 

capturing stunning photos while experiencing the island’s beauty. The tour includes visits to:

• Pura Agung Lempuyang (Lempuyang Temple) – also known as the Gates of Heaven, offering breathtaking views.
• Tirta Gangga – the royal water palace of Karangasem, known for its beautiful gardens and water features.
• Tukad Cepung Waterfall – a hidden waterfall that cascades through a cave, creating a magical atmosphere.

-This tour is a fantastic opportunity to create lasting memories with both amazing pictures and incredible 

experiences.
-Regarding lunch, it is not included in the standard tour package, but there will be a stop where you 

can purchase food at your own expense.
