🗺️ How the Planning Process Works

We curate meaningful, milestone-worthy, stress-free experiences designed around you. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, graduation, girls’ trip, family reunion, or simply life itself — every itinerary is thoughtfully designed with intention, expertise, and attention to detail.

Here is how our Process Works:

Step 1. Select Your Travel Package ~

Choose the package that best aligns with your travel vision and request.

Please Note: You have an option of booking a complimentary 15 minute Discovery Call prior to selecting your Travel Package if you have questions or would like clarification of our process.

Step 2. Submit Your Fee (Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable) ~

Your consulting fee secures your place in our design calendar and allows us to begin crafting your personalized quote and proposal.

The fee covers:

Research tailored to your specific destination and travel dates
Customized hotel and flight options
Curated excursion recommendations
Budget Planning guidance
A detailed Proposal with quote based on the selected travel service

Please Note: The Consultation Fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable as it compensates for the time, expertise, supplier coordination, and research involved in building your customized travel proposal. It is not applied towards tour Travel Experience.

Step 3. Schedule your Discovery Call ~

This call typically taks will allow us to This Session typically takes no more than 30-45 minutes, and will allow us to discuss the details of your Tripping Inquiry Form, our process, and answer any questions you might have.

Step 4. Receive your curated Travel Proposal ~

You will receive a beautifully organized Proposal that includes all of your travel details, recommendations, investment and detailing next steps. This process takes approximately 3-5 business days for domestic travel and 1-2 weeks for international depending on the complexity of the trip.

5. Secure your Travel Experience ~

Once you have reviewed and approve your Proposal and submit your required payment, your trip will be booked and confirmed!

Frequently Asked Questions ~

🌟 Trip Planning Fee: It's all about the adventure, but just a quick note that the Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable and can't be transferred to something else. We're all in this together, so no exceptions.

🔒 Travel Protection: We're here to keep your plans safe, but Trip Planning Fees aren't covered by travel protection.

🌟 Curious about Costs? We've got answers! You asked, and yes, there's a Research Fee starting at $25 consultations for up to 4 guests and $50 for 4+ guests. Consultation fees do not get applied to your booking as a credit.

✈️ Ready, Set, Go: When you're ready to dive in, make sure to give us a heads-up within 7 days of requesting a quote for destinations within North America. Trips to other continents: Please allow 10-14 days for processing. Prices and availability like to keep us on our toes!

✈️ The Exclusive Ask: To keep things organized, I'll only respond to travel requests submitted with the non-refundable Research Fee.

✈️ Easy Payments: All payments are super straightforward. They happen through invoices or special payment links sent straight to your inbox.

✈️ Your Vision, Your Quote: I'm all about your vision! You'll get a customized quote with up to 3 options in just 7 business days for North America and 10-14 days for other continents. I work my magic with the Booking Inquiry Form you fill out.

✈️ Let's Fine-Tune: I'm here for you! You have two revisions within 7 days. If more tweaks are needed after that, a new payment comes into play.

✈️ Quick Decisions: After I send over that initial quote, you've got 5 days to get back to me. No response means the quote takes a backseat and a new consultation fee will need to be paid to start the process over.

✈️ Plan Ahead: Payment Plans are ready for trips booked over 45 days in advance.

✈️ Final Touch: Insurance is always included when airfare is included.

✈️ Stay in Touch: Just a friendly reminder, keep in touch within 7 days of asking for a quote. Prices and availability do a little dance! Please be advised.

✈️ Important Information: We do not provide resort/hotel/airlines names until the deposit for the trip has been paid. We will be happy to provide pictures and reviews of both to help make your selection. We do not currently service mainland domestic US destinations.
