Early Bird: The Mighty Grand Canyon

Destination:  Grand Canyon

 

Minimum age: 7 and older
 

  • 4 nights split between a lodge and the Railway Hotel

  • most meals
  • train ride through Canyon, observation dome

Travel dates: End of April 2024. Tentatively: April 22-26, 2024
 
Estimated cost per person: $1975, based on double occupancy.
 

How the pre early-bird special works:

 

  • $50 nonrefundable deposit per person.
  • Option to pay into a "trip fund" (fully refundable, less $50 deposit if you do not officially register for trip).
  • Once official registration opens up: You will have 14 days to officially register. On Day 15, spots open up to everyone else
  • If you decide to travel with us: your first monthly payment  (even if you contributed to a trip fund)  will be due as reflected on the terms and conditions of the trip that will be shared at official registration time.
  • If you decide not to travel with us and have contributed to your trip fund: you will be refunded in full, LESS the $50 nonrefundable deposit. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. 
 
This is an investment for my family, how do I know I can trust you?  This is a two part question:  From a personal standpoint: my suggestion is to look around the group, ask others who have traveled with us and reach out to me to ask any questions you may have. I am very easy to get in touch with.
