    • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Payment Schedule:

  • August 10th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • August 15th, 2026 70% of total room block is due.
  • October 15th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.
 
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Kacki and John Eric’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Kacki and John Eric have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  3. Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  5. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  6. November 11th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  7. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 

Cancellation policy:

 

  • If you cancel your reservation before August 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between August 15th, 2026 and September 15th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%
  • Between September 15th, 2026 and October 15th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 80%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 15th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
