Important Airfare Information: Airfare is NOT INCLUDED in this package. Guests are responsible for booking their own round-trip international flights to Cairo International Airport (CAI) in Cairo, Egypt.

  • Group airfare: Group airfare will be offered in January 2027, once flights become available, at an additional cost.
  • Booking your own flights: Guests who book their own flights and need transfers outside the group's main arrival and departure times may be charged additional transfer fees. Arrival date must be November 9, 2027.
  • Layover restriction: If you book your own flights, please DO NOT choose itineraries with layovers in the Middle East, including Doha (Qatar) and Abu Dhabi (UAE), due to the current regional conflict.
  • Taylored Travel must receive flight information by October 1, 2027, to secure all airport transfers. If not received by the due date, you will forfeit your transfer and will be responsible for arranging transfers at your own expense. 
 

How to Book Your Reservation:

  1. Click BOOK NOW for the package of your choice.
  2. Select the number of travelers. The rate adjusts automatically for single or double occupancy. Please have each traveler's details ready before you begin.
  3. Click CONTINUE TO TRAVELER INFO and complete all fields.
    • No passport yet? Enter a placeholder and note in the Special Requests section how you plan to get one. Taylored Travel must receive your passport information before the final payment due date.
    • Roommates: Roommate matching is not available. If you're booking double occupancy, you're responsible for arranging your own roommate.
  4. Click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT and choose to add or decline travel protection. If you add it, the full insurance premium is due along with your deposit.
  5. Authorize your payment. Choose Authorize Deposit or Authorize Full Amount and enter your card details. We strongly recommend Auto Pay so you don't miss any of the required monthly payments.
  6. Confirm your booking. Click Authorize and Book to finalize your reservation. An invoice will be sent to the lead guest's email. If you need separate invoices, we can set those up after the deposit is received.
 
Additional Information:
  • Purchasing international travel insurance (including emergency medical evacuation coverage) is highly recommended, as it is essential for your safety and required for the local tour guide's records in compliance with tourism regulations. It also protects your investment and covers non-refundable costs in the event of unexpected cancellations or emergencies.  You may elect to add the insurance option or purchase insurance on your own. 
  • A valid passport is required 6 months beyond the departure dates. No refunds will be issued for expired passports.
  • Visas are required for all U.S. citizens to enter.  U.S. citizens may obtain 30-day tourist visas on arrival for a fee.
  • Travel documents, final itineraries, and all instructions will be sent via email at least 2 weeks before departure,  pending receipt of full payment.
