How to Book Your Room

Step 1: Select your room
Step 2: Choose the number of travelers and select your travel dates
Step 3: Review and click Continue to Traveler Info
Step 4: Enter passenger details and agree to the terms & conditions
Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization

Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

  • Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)

  • Airport Transportation is not included in the room rates below. Private roundtrip airport transfers between Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (Liberia - LIR) and Riu Guanacaste can be added to your package at a cost of:
    • $130 per person, roundtrip (2-3 passengers, must be on the same flight) or $66 per person, roundtrip (4-5 passengers, must be on the same flight). 
    • ***It is typically best to book these after everyone has secured their flights. We can see how many guests are on each flight to keep transportation costs down.***

  • Deposit Due: $150.00 per person by January 30, 2026

  • Final Balance: Due by April 10, 2026

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Modifications

  • Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
