  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Travel Insurance is not included. We strongly recommend you protect your investment. Each guest is responsible for purchasing their own Travel Insurance.  
  • Pricing is based on current availability and subject to change until booked.
  • Broadway tickets are not included. The Broadway show featuring Megan Thee Stallion is subject to schedule confirmation.
  • Each guest must complete their own registration, even if they have a Roommate.
  • All participants must have a valid driver’s license or passport.
  • The deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
  • Room rates are based on total Occupancy (Single Occupancy/Double Occupancy).
  • If Double Occupancy is selected as your package, each guest must pay their deposit payment within 24 hours of the first initial traveler deposit payment being received. If not, the total package price will be adjusted according to the number of travelers who paid their deposit.
  • Please adhere to the Payment guidelines. Payments must be paid on time to secure your reservation from being canceled.
  • You are responsible for keeping up with your payments and making your payments on time.
  • Not paying your invoice on time according to the scheduled payment deadline may cause your package to be canceled.
  • All guests (s) on the reservation must be up-to-date with their payments.
  • Payments received after due dates will incur a $50 late fee per person.
  • Any late fees applied to your payment do not go towards or decrease your reservation balance.
  • If any payments are not paid on time or missed without Star Class Travel being notified, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Please notify Star Class Travel of a missed payment or cancellation in writing (info@starclasstravel.com). If no contact is made within 10 days of a missed payment, Star Class Travel has no choice but to assume you have canceled your reservation. 
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
  • The Hotels listed may occasionally be substituted with alternate hotels of equivalent standard.
  • The Hotel will require you to present a valid driver's license or passport, and a credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any mandatory hotel fees and any additional hotel incidental charges, such as spa services or phone calls, which are not included in the room rate.
  • Bedding type (King or Double Beds) may be requested at the time of booking; however, it is not guaranteed and is based on hotel availability at check-in.
  • Room assignment is at the Hotel's discretion and can change at any time.
  • Airfare is not included. 
  • Your package includes hotel, transfers, and other activities. Once your reservation is confirmed and the deposit is received, your package price is locked in at the approved rate.  Star Class Travel does not adjust, refund, or honor price decreases in airfare after booking. Your confirmed package rate remains final once secured.

  • We reserve the right to make any changes to the hotel/resort, vendors, tours/excursions, itinerary, and/or entertainment lineup.
  • Your Final Itinerary and Confirmation email will go out 1 week before your arrival date. 
  • Transportation services are only for guests flying into JFK or LGA.
  • Travelers must provide their flight itineraries to Star Class Travel by May 1, 2026. Failure to submit your flight information to Star Class Travel by May 1, 2026, will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.  
  • Star Class Travel is not responsible for any flight changes, delays, or cancellations beyond our control with the Airlines. 
  • Star Class Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Star Class Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations,  structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Star Class Travel. In addition, (The Traveler) releases Star Class Travel from its own negligence and assumes all risk thereof.
  • As a condition of utilizing all/any services suggested and/or booked by Star Class Travel, you VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS related to Covid-19 exposure.  You further AGREE that you SHALL NOT SUE OR OTHERWISE HOLD LIABLE Star Class Travel, its owners, employees, agents, insurers, and any relevant tour operators, travel agencies, and travel agents for any Covid-19-related illness, injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind of nature whatsoever. The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
  • This Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue applies to all travelers, including but not limited to any minor children for whom an adult guest or visitor is a parent, guardian, or is otherwise responsible for.  This Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue shall be LEGALLY BINDING.  Should any guest or visitor bring a claim, suit, or any other action in violation of this provision, the claim, suit, or other action shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE (meaning permanently dismissed) and all costs of dismissal, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, shall be borne by the party who wrongfully brought the claim, suit or other action in violation of this Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue.
