At Riu Playa Blanca, you'll find different buffet and theme restaurants to help you sample the delicious Panamanian gastronomy, and a refreshing swimming pool and a gym, in order to help you maintain your healthy schedule while you're on vacation. Throughout the day, you'll be able to join in different activities with the RIU team: dance, sing, do some aqua gym, play some volleyball. Plus, children will find love RiuLand! Panama Adventure: Canal, Rainforest, and Island Escape
February 15-18, 2025
Day 1: February 15, 2025
Afternoon:
- Arrive in Panama City.
- Airport transfer to the Riu Playa Blanca all-inclusive resort.
- Check-in and explore the resort amenities.
- Lunch at one of the resort's restaurants.
- Relax on the resort’s private beach or by the pool.
Evening:
- Dinner at the resort's main buffet restaurant.
- Evening entertainment at the resort or a leisurely stroll on the beach.
Day 2: February 16, 2025
Morning:
- Early breakfast at the resort.
- Transfer to the Panama Canal for a guided tour, including viewing the Miraflores Locks and the canal museum. (A la carte excursion)
Afternoon:
- Lunch at a local restaurant with canal views. (Lunch not included)
- Return to the resort for some leisure time; enjoy water sports, spa services, or other resort activities.
Evening:
- Themed dinner at one of the resort's specialty restaurants.
- Attend a live show or music performance at the resort.
Day 3: February 17, 2025
Morning:
- Breakfast at the resort.
- Full-day tour to the San Blas Islands, including boat transfers, beach activities, and a cultural visit with the Guna Yala people.
Afternoon:
- Lunch on one of the islands. (Lunch included)
- Continue enjoying the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters.
Evening:
- Return to the resort in the late afternoon.
- Farewell dinner at the resort's main buffet or specialty restaurant.
- Final night enjoying the resort’s amenities.
Day 4: February 18, 2025
Morning:
- Breakfast at the resort.
- Check-out and transfer to Panama City for your departure flight.
Cancellation policy:
Trip Cancellation Policy
Global 9 Travels is committed to providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or modify your planned trip. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following Trip Cancellation Policy:
1. Agency Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.
- The date of cancellation is determined by the date we receive your written request.
- Agency Cancellation fees are as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $25 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
- 45 to 60 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $50 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
- 30 to 44 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $75 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: A cancellation fee of $100 per traveler regardless of travel protection.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services:
- Certain services, such as non-refundable airfare, accommodation, or special tours, may be subject to separate cancellation policies imposed by the service providers. We will provide you with the specific details of these policies at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Protection:
- We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage. Travel insurance can provide protection against unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other events that may lead to trip cancellations. Please inquire about our available travel insurance options. However, Agency cancellation fees are separate from Travel protection.
4. Rebooking or Modifications:
- In cases where you wish to modify your travel plans instead of canceling, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred due to changes. However, there is a $50 per package change fee to modify existing reservations and fees must be paid at the time of the change.
5. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your trip without prior notification, no refund will be provided, and the entire trip cost will be forfeited.
6. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies, that necessitate the cancellation of a trip, our travel agency will work to reschedule or refund your trip costs to the extent possible. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds in such cases.
7. Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 60 business days from the date of your cancellation request, less any applicable cancellation fees.
- If it is determined that a traveler within a group has made fraudulent claims related to credit card transactions with our company, the entire group may be at jeopardy of cancellations without refund. Fraudulent claims include, but are not limited to, false chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or any intentional misrepresentation of transactions.
By booking a trip with Global 9 Travels, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Trip Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to review your trip details and consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Pre-Departure Waiver and the following non-insurance services are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. Travelers can use the cost of the airline ticket, less the airline change fee [up to $250 per ticket] to purchase a new ticket to:
- The same Vacation Express destination on same carrier
- A different Vacation Express destination on same carrier
- Any destination that the issuing carrier serves. This option requires contacting the issuing airline directly for reservations.
VPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
- Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
- Please check with your airline for their specific requirements.
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment due date. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Booking Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment due date and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested for added tours, transfers or fees. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories.
