1. XTD Travel Club will make every attempt to match individuals looking for a room-mate for the Teachers Fest event who have paid for this service. However, XTD Travel Club makes no guarantees that we will be successful in matching you with a room-mate. As room-mate matches are made based on sex, arrival dates, times, and shared event attendance interests. Additionally, if an roommate match is made, it is up to the 2 individuals to decide on whether or not they ultimately decide to become room-mates. Thus, by registering for the Room-mate Matching Service, you consent to XTD Travel Club sharing your name, email address and phone number with a potential room-mate match should one be found. If the individuals decide to become room-mates, it is at that time that they should register for their shared accommodations. Each naming the other as his/her room-mate on their registration form.
2. XTD Travel Club will only match individuals who are of the same sex for safety reasons.
3. Teachers Fest 2022 event attendees who register for the XTD Travel Club Teachers Fest 2022 Room-Mate matching service, agrees to agree to indemnify and hold harmless XTD Travel Club, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability and expense arising from or related in any way to the Teachers Fest 2022 Room-Mate Matching Service Service regardless of the cause or effects, or of any fault of any third party.
4. Teachers Fest attendees agree that they understand that the purpose of the Room-mate matching Service is for the purpose of establishing lodging arrangements for attendees attending Teachers Fest 2022 in in Washington, DC, July 7-10th.
5 Teachers Fest 2022 attendees acknowledge that they understand that XTD Travel Club has the right to remove anyone from the room-mate matching Service who violates Service code of conduct or who knowingly provides false information in his/her Roommate matching service registration form or upon being matched with a potential roommate makes defamatory, misleading, inaccurate,
abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal
offense. Additionally, any accusations of such behavior or actions, will be reported to the Washington DC Metropolitan Policy Department and all Registrant information will be promptly turned over to the police department.
