The wedding couple has reserved a block of rooms for you to choose from at the all-inclusive Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Resort in beautiful Punta Cana, Dominican Republic! The rooms are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. The resort is a very popular destination for weddings and groups so it can sell out. For this reason, it is asked that you reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure all guests are accommodated.
The rates below and the room block setup for accommodations between the dates of December 5th-12th, 2025. A four night minimum stay is required.
**Travel outside of the contracted dates may be requested, but is subject to availability and contracted rates are not guaranteed for the dates outside of the contracted dates. Requests for extended travel dates must be confirmed by Funjet Vacations and may take 5-7 business days to be received.
When you are ready to book your accommodation at the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, please complete this form. The initial deposit date for a room reservations is March 10th or at the time of booking. (i.e. If you book your accommodations on February 20th, then the deposit is due on February 20th.)
Vacation package quotes are for room rates and shared transfers only. They do NOT include airfare. Guidance on airfare and travel protection will be provided, if requested.
When a form is submitted, Jessica Miller (Vida Travel Co.) will contact you within 1-2 business days via email with your personalized reservation and a credit card authorization form. Emails may go to spam, so please check your spam folder over the 48 hours after the form is submitted.

Payment Schedule/Payment Plan:
- Initial Deposit Payment is due on March 10th, 2025 or on the date of booking.
- Final Payment is due on or before August 8th, 2025.
- Flight confirmations will be requested on September 1st via a form sent by Vida Travel Co. Please submit this form no later than September 20th, 2025.
- Final travel documents will be sent 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.
- After deposit additional payments may be made in any amount prior to the final payment date of August 8th. Multiple cards may be used for payments if needed.
Cancellation policy:
- 66+ days prior to departure (Dec. 5th, 2025): Penatly of $100 pp deposit
- 65 - 36 days prior to departure: Loss of $100 pp deposit and 1 night penalty per room based on occupancy & category.
- 35 - 0 days prior to departure: Will apply 100% penalty for all rooms. All no shows, reductions and cancellations will be charged as single, double or triple occupancy in the room category canceled.
