Cancellation policy:
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless travel insurance is purchased.
- Travel protection plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- There is a $24.99 processing fee per reservation which is non-refundable and may show as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation is something else. Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and the vendors terms and conditions.
Travel insurance is not included in this package.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.

How to Book
- Select from the available packages below and click the blue Book Now button on your desired package.
- Select the number of Travelers in your party from the select travelers drop down.
- Scroll down to Add Extra Options.
- Click the checkbox to select the Extra Option.
- Enter the number of Travelers when selecting any Extra Options
- Click blue button "Continue to Traveler Info."
- As the Primary Traveler, please enter your information and expand each "Additional Traveler" to provide their information. (This is needed to book your trip)
- Once all Traveler information has been entered, please click "Continue to Payment."
By Providing your credit card information this is not automatically booking your trip. This is giving the Travel Advisor the authorization to use your credit card to book your trip. Once your trip has been successfully booked, within 24 hours of receipt of authorization, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information.
