Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before December 7, 202.5

You are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. Cynthia can help you to book your flights if you need her to help. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Malaga, Spain (AGP is the Airport Code) on June , 8, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on June 8, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight from Malaga for June 15, 2025. Please let Cynthia know if you have any questions.

At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.

A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.

Cancellation policy:
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to cynthia@seitztravel.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 985-991-6178 to ensure your information was received.
All payments made to Seitz Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is strongly advised that you purchase travel insurance offered during the booking process in order to protect your vacation purchase.
