We are excited that you will be joining Natalia & Megan in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for their wedding on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana.
 
Guests are requested to book lodging at either Dreams Royal Beach (family-friendly) or Secrets Royal Beach (adults only). Secrets guests have access to the 10 bars and lounges at Dreams Royal Beach.
 
Dreams Royal Beach  pricing is based on double occupancy and is the total price per room inclusive of taxes for the 4 night stay. Maximum room occupancy for most categories is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 or 3 adults.

Itinerary:

  • Day 1 -  August 4: Natalia & Megan arrival
  • Day 2-3 -August 5-6: TBD
  • Day 4 - August 7:  Wedding ceremony begins at 4:00pm followed by cocktail hour from 4:30pm - 5:30pm and reception from 6:30pm -9:30pm
  • Day 5 - August 8:  Departures
 
 

Booking Process:

  1. After reading the pricing and other details, select the "Lodging Deposit" option. The deposit is $50 per person, no matter which resort or which room category you select. 
  2. Select any add-ons. Your options are airport transfers, flights, or travel protection. 
  3. Complete the form. On it, you will indicate your dates of travel, room selection, occupancy, and other required information. 
  4. Complete a form for additional travelers. 
  5. Sign the Lawal Travel Services Terms & Conditions
  6. Compete a credit card authorization form
 
When we receive your information, we will contact you to confirm any necessary information and process your booking. We will update your invoice and send your booking confirmation for your review. The group admin fee will be charged and invoiced separately from your trip costs. 
 

How to Make Payments:

After your deposit payment is processed, you will receive an updated invoice indicating your remaining balance. At any time prior to the final payment date, you may make payments of any amount and at any frequency you like. Simply go to your most recent invoice and authorize the payment amount. 
 
We process payments 24-72 hours after receipt of the authorization. You will be sent a receipt once payment has been processed. 
 
 
Cancellation policy:
In addition to hotel cancellation penalty and fees, Lawal Travel Services charges a $100 cancellation fee per room. 
 
Resort cancellation deadline: August 1, 2022.  Cancellations made after August 1, 2022 are subject to a penalty of two (2) nights.
 
Passengers who do not travel (no show) are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by Funjet Vacations (“brand fees”) and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties” assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators).
