BY SIGNING AND ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT BELOW, I acknowledge reading, understanding, and accepting the terms herein in consideration and on behalf of my participation in the Travel With A Tribe LLC, Portugal, with Myra Gamble trip.

AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND LIABILITY WAIVER—I understand that Travel With A Tribe LLC is serving solely as a host responsible for the organization and booking of hotels and tours within Portugal from September 26 to October 4, 2026. By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and agree that I am solely responsible for booking and paying for my international flights to and from Portugal and that such international travel to and from Portugal is not included in the Portugal with Myra Gamble trip price provided by Travel With A Tribe LLC.

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and understand that tours and domestic transportation services within Portugal will be supplied through sources independent of Travel With A Tribe LLC that Travel With A Tribe LLC has selected. By accepting the terms, I hereby acknowledge that I have been advised that these third-party suppliers of tours and domestic transportation within Portugal are responsible for providing the tour and transportation services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those third-party suppliers in coordination with the hosting provided by Travel With A Tribe LLC and agree not to hold Travel With A Tribe LLC, nor Myra Gamble, individually, liable and/or responsible should Travel With A Tribe, LLC, Myra Gamble, and/or any of these suppliers:

1.  Fail to provide the travel services I have purchased.
2.  Fail to comply with any applicable law; and/or
3.  Engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify, agree, and accept that neither Travel With A Tribe LLC nor Myra Gamble, individually, shall be held responsible and/or liable for any injury, illness, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of Travel With A Tribe LLC and/or Myra Gamble.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REGULATIONS—

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify that I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth, and gender on the identification card must exactly match the data listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I further verify that I have been advised that on May 7, 2025, travelers will need a "REAL ID-compliant" driver's license, US passport, US military ID, or other accepted identification to fly within the United States. I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and that, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. I hereby verify that I have been advised that passport and visa information for U.S. citizens can be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. Department of State or by visiting the State Department's website. I have also been advised that non-U.S. passport holders should ensure they contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain the necessary entrance requirements. Additionally, I hereby verify and confirm that I have been advised that it is my sole responsibility to obtain medical information to determine any medical restrictions and/or vaccinations that may be required for my individual travel.

I understand that I have reviewed my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and confirm that all of my travel documents are accurate. Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates. Travel With A Tribe LLC or Myra Gamble will not be held responsible for the validity of your passport.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION—

By accepting the terms, I hereby verify and agree that all fees paid to Travel With A Tribe LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If I select the DEPOSIT option, I agree to adhere to the payment plan schedule for the remaining required payments, including the dates and amounts provided at checkout.

As a condition of my booking, I must complete and sign this Travel Agreement within forty-eight (48) hours of making my booking. The Travel Agreement will be available to fill out and sign electronically through Travel Joy and DocuSign, as provided by the email address you provided.

If I fail to sign this Agreement, Travel With A Tribe, LLC reserves the right to treat my booking as canceled. Canceled bookings are ineligible for refunds, and I waive any rights to attempt to pursue a refund for any canceled booking.

Suppose the Portugal with Myra Gamble trip is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the control of Travel With A Tribe LLC. In that case, Travel With A Tribe LLC will guarantee a make-up trip within a reasonable period, not to exceed one (1) year, depending on current global and/or domestic travel restrictions. By accepting the terms, I hereby understand and agree that if a makeup trip must be scheduled, travel fees for tours and accommodations may change based on travel dates, and that I am fully responsible for any resulting cost differences.

By accepting the terms, I further understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in additional charges.

I have been advised to use a credit card, as this may allow me to dispute any charge paid to the actual supplier or vendor of such services should the supplier or vendor cease operations or cancel the purchased service.

I understand that airline tickets, air tours, and/or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by suppliers or governments.

I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Travel With A Tribe LLC to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets, or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Travel With A Tribe LLC to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree:

1. Travel With A Tribe cannot and does not guarantee the availability or access to medical facilities in countries where Travel With A Tribe travels, or where trips are conducted. Some trips may involve visiting remote or less developed regions/countries; therefore, as a traveler, if I have any medical conditions, I am solely and entirely responsible for consulting with my physician regarding my medical conditions before booking a trip with Travel With A Tribe.

1. Suppose I have a medical condition that requires me to travel with medication. In that case, I am solely and entirely responsible for researching whether all entrances into the country included on the itinerary legally allow the transport, possession, and/or use of the medications in the country.

1. Suppose I am a smoker and use vapor(s) and travel with them. In that case, I am solely and entirely responsible for researching whether they can be transported or possessed upon entry into the country that Travel With A Tribe visits.

1.  If I have any unique or special requirements or requests, such as dietary needs, I must notify Travel With A Tribe before or at the time of booking. Travel With A Tribe will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations and convey any dietary restrictions to my tour guide and appropriate third-party services; however, Travel With A Tribe cannot and does not guarantee that any dietary needs or restrictions can/will be accommodated. 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, ITINERARY DEMANDS, AND LONG-DISTANCE TRAVEL

1. I understand and acknowledge that participation in this trip, organized by Travel With A Tribe, will involve moderate to strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to: extensive walking, climbing stairs, uneven terrain, exposure to varying weather conditions, and extended periods of sitting during long drives or transfers between cities.

1. I further acknowledge that the itinerary is designed to be active and may involve busy daily schedules with limited downtime. Long-distance driving may span multiple days, leading to physical discomfort such as stiffness, fatigue, or motion sickness.

1. By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in such activities, have consulted with my physician if I have any concerns, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the physical demands of this trip.

1. I release Travel With A Tribe, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability for injuries, illness, or physical strain arising from or related to participation in the trip, including but not limited to walking, excursions, scheduled activities, or prolonged travel by vehicle.

1. I agree that it is my responsibility to pace myself, remain hydrated, rest when needed, and notify the trip leader of any health concerns that may arise. I understand that refusing or being unable to participate in scheduled activities does not entitle me to a refund or reimbursement.

IMAGE RELEASE AND MARKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree:

1. Travel With A Tribe LLC and or Myra Gamble, may use, reuse reproduce, and otherwise publish any text, images, likenesses, photos, or videos that I sent to them or that are taken or created by their guides, Trip leaders, staff, other travelers, or myself individually or in a group, in any medium, including, but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without my rights to inspect, for any legitimate business purpose related to promoting and publicizing their services worldwide and without expiration.

1. Suppose I do not want Travel With A Tribe, LLC to use any of my images, photos, or videos for business purposes related to promoting or publicizing Travel With A Tribe, LLC’s services worldwide. In that case, I must inform them in writing before the start of the trip.

TRIP PARTICIPATION AND TRAVELERS’ ACCOUNTABILITY

 By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree:

1. I am fully and solely responsible for being on time for activities and for being physically present at any designated location at any designated times, my failure to fulfill this obligation may cause me to be left behind without liability or fault to Travel With A Tribe LLC; in any such case, I will be fully and solely responsible for meeting the group at the following location, and be further responsible for any cost and consequences that results from my failure to meet or keep up with the group.
2. Travel With A Tribe LLC will not be held liable for leaving behind any trip participant who cannot adhere to the trip itinerary, including any schedule changes made before or during the trip.

1. Travel With A Tribe LLC will not generally be responsible for assisting any participant in joining the trip for any portion or activity, whether the delay or delinquency is foreseen or unforeseen.

1. Travel With A Tribe LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove anyone from a trip or tour (before, at, or after departure or during any part of the trip or tour) if they deem, in their sole and absolute discretion, that the traveler’s continuation on the trip will be harmful or dangerous to themselves or other trip participants. Negative behavior may include, but is not limited to, adverse conduct resulting from the consumption of alcohol or other substances; disrespecting, harassing, or antagonizing others; bullying, gossiping, fighting, yelling, or failure to appropriately respect local customs, religious, or cultural practices of the countries visited. No refund, credit, or transfer option will be given in the event of such consequences. All costs incurred thereafter, including but not limited to return travel and incidental expenses, are the participant’s sole responsibility.

1. I am solely and entirely responsible for any financial needs that may arise during the trip. This means that I am responsible for any costs (including repairs, replacement, and cleaning fees) incurred by Travel With A Tribe, LLC or the Company’s suppliers for property damage, destruction, or theft caused by me. Upon discovery, I will report any property damage, destruction, or theft related to travel with the tribe, LLC, or the appropriate lodging, transportation, or similar personnel as soon as possible.

1. I am fully responsible for any hotel accommodation if I arrive before the scheduled trip and, if I choose to stay, after the trip. Travel With A Tribe will not be responsible for providing accommodation or transportation before or after the trip. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Travel With A Tribe is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants. By joining this trip, each traveler agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and considerate manner at all times. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

1. Alcohol & Substance Use. Travelers are welcome to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the laws of the destination country. However, excessive intoxication that disrupts the group, endangers yourself or others, or results in disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Travel With A Tribe reserves the right to intervene and, if necessary, remove any traveler whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or the group.
2. Respect & Personal Boundaries. All travelers are expected to treat fellow group members, guides, hotel staff, and locals with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or conduct of a sexual, racial, or otherwise offensive nature — whether verbal, physical, or digital — is strictly prohibited. Always be mindful of personal space and individual comfort levels.
3. Group Accountability. We travel as a community. Travelers are encouraged to look out for one another and report any safety concerns to the trip host immediately. Travel With A Tribe is not liable for the individual actions of travelers, but we are committed to maintaining a safe group environment.
4. Compliance with Local Laws & Venue Policies. Travelers are solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to the laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country, as well as the policies of all hotels, venues, and transportation providers used during the trip. Any legal consequences arising from a traveler's failure to comply are the sole responsibility of that individual.
5. General Conduct. Travelers are expected to participate in good faith, maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and prioritize the group’s well-being. Any behavior deemed disruptive, threatening, or incompatible with the spirit of this trip — as determined at the sole discretion of the trip host — may result in removal from the trip without refund and without liability to Travel With A Tribe.

Above all, we want you to have the time of your life. These guidelines exist to protect everyone so that we can do exactly that — safely and memorably.

FLEXIBILITY

By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree:

Travel With A Tribe LLC may modify the itinerary where reasonably required or advisable in its sole and absolute discretion. The nature of travel requires flexibility, and the itinerary by Travel With A Tribe LLC may need to be adjusted to allow us to arrive early at designated events or sites. 

1. I am fully aware that there may be days when we need to wake up early to travel or avoid a crowd at a destination listed on the itinerary.
2. If I make any changes to the booking that deviate from Travel With A Tribe LLC’s itinerary, I will be solely responsible for the changes. I am responsible for informing Travel With A Tribe LLC of any such divergence in advance, making the necessary accommodations to provide for my needs while apart from the trip, and ensuring that I can join or rejoin the journey in a manner that is reasonable and convenient. No refund will be given, nor transfers permitted, for any trip days that I choose to forego or fail to attend.

ACCOMMODATION

By signing below, I understand, acknowledge, and agree:

Accommodation in various countries may differ from what is expected. Hotel rooms and bed setups may be smaller than standard accommodations. While Travel With A Tribe LLC has made diligent efforts to secure twin beds upon request, certain hotels may not be able to guarantee two (2) distinct twin beds; twin beds may be arranged in close proximity, with minimal to no space between them. Additionally, some hotels may feature bathrooms with privacy configurations that differ from the conventional enclosed space, such as an open concept design or frosted glass.

I will be paired with another of the same sex and placed in a double-occupancy room, unless you are participating in a Co-Ed Trip and you and your partner/friend prefer to share. Arrangements may be made for a single occupancy (if available) at an additional cost.

I will work in good faith to accept variations in accommodation. In any event, I waive any claims of liability or responsibility for such accommodation variations as to Travel With A Tribe, LLC.

TRAVEL INSURANCE— 

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel, such as supplier bankruptcy and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. If you choose to obtain travel insurance, you will be solely and entirely responsible for comprehending the terms and conditions of the coverage you selected and for financial responsibility or liability that arises due to gaps in coverage or due to taking out no coverage. Therefore, Travel With A Tribe LLC highly recommends purchasing a travel insurance policy with adequate and comprehensive coverage for the trip. It is highly encouraged and recommended.

FLIGHTS —

I hereby verify and agree that I am solely responsible for booking and paying for my international flights to and from Portugal and that such international travel to and from Portugal is not included in the Portugal with Myra Gamble trip price provided by Travel With A Tribe LLC. 

Due to the time difference between the United States and Portugal, please ensure that you book your flight(s) accordingly. You will be responsible for your own accommodations if you arrive before the scheduled trip and if you decide to stay after the trip date.  

PARTIAL INVALIDITY –

Suppose any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, and those provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

CAUTION - READ BEFORE SIGNING!

By accepting the terms this document, I hereby verify and acknowledge that if I am injured or become sick or my property is damaged during participation in the Portugal With Myra Gamble trip, I shall be found, in a Court of law, to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Travel With A Tribe LLC and Myra Gamble, individually, based on any claim from which I have released all individuals and entities listed herein. I have read and fully understand this entire document, and I agree to be legally bound by its terms.
