Agency: Resort Lovers International

By submitting any payment, the Traveler agrees to all terms below.

PACKAGE OPTIONS

Dubai Includes
7 nights at a 4.5-star or better hotel in central Dubai
Airport transfers
Daily hotel breakfast
Dubai city tour with Burj Khalifa
Desert safari tour
Abu Dhabi day tour

Bali Includes
4 nights at a 4.5-star or better hotel in a beach area
3 nights at a 4.5-star or better hotel in Ubud
Room type in Ubud: pool or jacuzzi suite
Airport transfers
Daily hotel breakfast
Instagram highlights tour
Eat, Pray, Love tour

PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLAN

Deposit
$125 per person due to secure booking

Midpoint Payment
25% of remaining balance due at the halfway point between booking date and departure date

Final Balance
Due 21 days before departure

Important Details
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
Failure to submit payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid
Payment reminders may be sent, however payments are not automatically deducted
Each payment must be authorized by the Traveler

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

The Traveler agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for any amount paid to Resort Lovers International. Doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement. The Agency reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including recovery of fees, costs, and attorney’s fees. This obligation applies even if the trip is canceled or completed.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

This is a land-only package and does not include international airfare. Airfare may be booked separately, although assistance is available upon request.

PASSPORT & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for international travel. The Traveler is responsible for verifying that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond their return date.

The Traveler is also responsible for meeting all entry requirements for the selected destination, including visas or travel authorizations if applicable.

SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

Resort Lovers International acts solely as an intermediary between the Traveler and third-party suppliers. The Agency is not responsible for supplier delays, operational issues, cancellations, errors, or failure to provide services.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Declining insurance is done at the Traveler’s own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Agency is not liable for injury, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, government actions, airline changes, supplier issues, or any circumstance beyond the Agency’s control.

PRIVACY

Resort Lovers International does not sell or share personal information except as required to provide travel services or when required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting payment, the Traveler confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This electronic acceptance serves as a legally binding signature.
