Please note that any of these scenarios will also require full deposit of $250 per person at time of booking or best promotional deposit available.
Oceanview cabin availability are limited for this sailing and could not be locked into group rate. If you desire an oceanview please email letstravel@hardintravels.com; however note that inventory is not ideal for the location of the remaining cabins.

PASSPORT:
Do you need a passport? Technically, no. A certified copy of your birth certificate can be used for this cruise.
What's the downside of cruising without a passport? Do not be afraid, but I want you to be informed.
If an emergency arises, only an official passport will allow you to fly home from a foreign port. But what will actually happen if -- due to an unexpected injury or illness, or a mechanical failure on the part of your cruise ship -- you end up stranded in another country with only your birth certificate and photo ID? The answer is you can return home -- it will just take more time and effort to get the proper documentation to do so.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the travel advisor. The supplier’s reservation system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest’s reservation is canceled. Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance such as Royal Caribbean's Vacation Protection Plan. Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Royal Caribbean may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Royal Caribbean's vessels.
Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any unsold space must be released prior to the full penalty date noted above or cancellation penalties will be assessed. Fares booked under the Early Saver promotion and subsequently changed to a new rate code will continue to follow the Early Saver terms, conditions, and restrictions.
Cancellations may be made before the final payment date of May 25, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST, and passengers will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations made after May 25, 2024. will be subject to the following penalties and schedule:

No refund will be given in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. The remaining balances will become a Future Cruise Credit towards the client’s account.
