All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All deposits include customized tour reservation confirmation and all inclusions listed.

All deposit "specials" offered are a portion of the FULL deposit amount and are applied towards the total deposit rate.

Full deposit amount (not the deposit special amount) will be forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.

 

 

 

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be

added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.

 

This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.

 

Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.

 

Failure to pay the invoice by due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered.

 

Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking,

Future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

A valid passport is required

Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.

 

Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.

 

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. 

No refunds will be issued.
