CANCELLATION POLICY:

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CRUISE FARE RATE POLICY:

A booking made under the non-refundable deposit cruise fare rate (an “NRD Booking”) requires the payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is not refundable at any time after it has been paid. Payment of full deposit and full name are required for each guest at the time of booking. Deposits made toward Guarantees and Suite category cabins are non-refundable and subject to NRD Booking terms.

Each time the guest changes the ship or sail date of an NRD Booking before the final payment due date, payments made towards the NRD Booking will be applied to the balance of the modified booking and a $50 per person service fee will be charged to the modified booking.  The remaining balances will become a Future Cruise Credit towards the client’s account.

REFUNDABLE GROUP RATE POLICY:

All posted website prices are considered refundable up to the final payment.  Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the travel advisor.  The supplier’s reservation system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest’s reservation is canceled.  The percentage penalty charged applies to the total cruise fare, taxes, and fees.

Cancellations may be made before the final payment date of August 22, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST, and passengers will be entitled to a full refund except suite cabins. Full refunds will only be granted to cancellations made before the final payment date that are booked at the provided group rates.  Any cancellations made after August 22, 2025, will be subject to the following penalties and schedule:

  • Cancellations made between August 22, 2025 and October 7, 2025$250 per person cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made between October 8, 2025 and November 2, 202550% per person cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made between November 3, 2025 and November 17, 2025 – 75% per passenger cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made on or after November 18, 2025 – 100% total cruise fare penalty assessed

No refund will be given in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. The remaining balances will become a Future Cruise Credit towards the client’s account.

FAQs:

Q: Will I need a passport for this cruise?

A: Not necessarily. Carnival strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport. If a guest either misses the ship at its scheduled U.S. departure port and needs to travel outside the U.S. to meet the ship, or unexpectedly needs to depart the ship from a foreign port prior to the end of the cruise, a passport would be required to leave or re-enter the U.S. by air.

Q: What documents are required to cruise?

A: A passport is the best travel document to carry to cruise to the Caribbean, Bermuda, Alaska and other countries. If you do not have a passport, in most cases, a birth certificate and a government-issued State ID are acceptable documents. Guests under the age of 16 will NOT need a government-issued state ID. Learn more about travel requirements.

Q: What if I'm pregnant?

A: You may cruise as long as you have not entered your 24th week of pregnancy. Carnival will make every effort to accommodate you, provided you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the travel advisor at your earliest convenience.

Q: Can I bring alcohol on board from home or a port of call?

A: Please note that except Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol onboard our ships. If you purchase any alcohol at one of our ports of call or in our onboard shops, we will safely store your purchase(s), and either on the final night of the cruise or the morning of debarkation, it will be available for pick up in a designated area. On boarding day, guests may bring onboard two (2) 750 ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per stateroom in their carry-on luggage.

Q: What if I have a special diet?

A: If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food product, please notify the travel advisor at the time of booking.

Q: Are any shore excursions included?

A: Shore excursions are not included in the base package, however, you may look at some featured excursions on the website. This is not an exhaustive list - you can visit Project Expedition for additional options or Carnival's shore excursions list.

Q: What are the COVID-19 protocols for Carnival?

A: You can learn more about Carnival's safety protocols here.
