BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Pricing is per person based on double occupancy. If you are traveling solo or if your party includes 3 or more guests, please contact Travel Designer Danielle Kelley of Destinations By Dani at danielle@destinationsbydani.com to evaluate how to best meet your party's needs: 1) sharing one stateroom, 2) booking more than one stateroom, or 3) booking a different category stateroom to accommodate a larger party.
  • Sharing a room and paying together? Choose the double occupancy rate. You must be prepared to authorize the total deposit payment for each guest rooming together. This is ideal for couples who don't mind having one invoice for this trip.
  • Sharing a room and paying separately? Choose the single occupancy rate and provide your roommate's name when prompted. Your roommate will also need to choose the single occupancy rate and provide your name when prompted. Once each booking has been completed and deposited, the trips will be merged together. The price will then automatically adjust to the double occupancy rate and each of your invoices will reflect that.
  • Deposit includes a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable service fee of $25.00 per person for group travel planning and management. You will receive separate receipt for this fee before your trip package deposit receipt.
  • Submitting information via this booking site does NOT CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION or charge your credit card. Destinations By Dani will confirm pricing and submit your payment authorization to Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. You will receive a receipt for payment and a welcome email from Destinations By Dani outlining next steps once your payment has been successfully applied to your reservation, at which point your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy/Schedule:
Cruise reservations that are cancelled by the Passenger prior to the sail date may be subject to a cancellation charge. The amount of the cancellation charge will be determined as shown in the table below and will vary depending on how far in advance of the sail date Royal Caribbean receives notice of cancellation.
